I bought a '07 Aston Martin from them in October, 2013 The car only had 19,850 miles on the odometer and looked good. Sold new in '06, the car listed for over $190,000, but I paid $68,750. Sounds good, right? Well - just like everything else in life; when it sounds too good to be true . . . . Just like EVERY other dealership in the world, ALL they care about is moving cars and will promise you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. So, naturally, the buying experience was easy enough. However, Cherry Hill will not stand behind the car once it leaves the show-room. I had the car inspected a few days after delivery and my mechanic found that it was leaking oil from a forward seal (among a bunch of other problems). I brought it right back to Cherry Hill and they kept it for for 35 days undergoing 'repairs.' Almost immediately after I got it back, I noticed water would seep into the trunk whenever it rained, so I requested they correct it. You know the GM actually had the nerve to argue that I'd waited too long to let the dealership know about it (pretending to forget that the dealership had the car in its possession for 35 our of the 50 days I'd owned it). Instead, they suggested I have the car repaired by my local Aston Martin dealer, which I did. However, I threatened to sue for those costs and they agreed to pay half of the expenses (equally dividing $1,600). I then had the car inspected again by my local mechanic and, wouldn't you know it, turned out Cherry Hill never actually repaired the oil leak (I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice?). So, back to the dealership the car went, where it's been for another 38 days (and counting). Naturally, the car easily qualifies as a lemon under the NJ statute, so I suggested I simply return the keys, retrieve my possessions from the trunk and allow them to buy it back for what I paid. All of this was tentatively agreed to by the GM but, of course (since you can't trust a salesmen as far as you can throw one of their fake Rolexes), the 'owner' suddenly had a change of heart and reneged on the agreement. And, of course, the car still hasn't been repaired. I had to go through the trouble of filing a claim with the NJ Attorney General's Office and the idiots running this side-show are going to try and defend a case they have no chance of winning. Just wasting my time in a pathetic effort to hold onto my money for a few precious month and earn a couple of pennies of interest. So, like I said - if you want to buy a car from them, be prepared to be lied to and jerked around if something goes wrong. More
