Misleading.......... Misleading & Dishonest In December of 2011 I purchased a pre owned certified select edition 2007 Jaguar XK coupe from Cherry Hill Classic Cars loca Misleading & Dishonest In December of 2011 I purchased a pre owned certified select edition 2007 Jaguar XK coupe from Cherry Hill Classic Cars located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. When the car was purchased the dealership represented that the vehicle had never been in any auto collision. I have statements as well as a personal note from them indicating that to be accurate, however unfortunately this has NOT THE CASE! In January 2014 - i requested a verbal trade in quote from them for my 2007 vehicle and the offer was $25,000 at that time sight unseen. I didn't end up trading it in at that time because they were unable to get me the new car i wanted. This past June (5 months later) they located the new car for me and once again inquired a trade in price for my existing 2007. At that time, only 5 months later, the dealership offered me only $15,000 for the car on a trade due to the fact that they now said " the car had been in an auto collision" which they only indicated now and obviously not at the time of purchase. I spoke with the sales department who put me in touch with the manager Jim Thompson who in turn spoke with the owner of the dealership and they all feel that it's my problem and my problem only. I gave them an opportunity to work with me but NO SUCH LUCK. They do not feel that they are responsible for this at all. They are putting the blame on the reporting agencies. These are all facts that I have the paperwork, calls & email backup documentation as absolute proof. I have owned many Jaguars over the last 30 years that I purchased through other Jaguar Dealerships and was never mislead like this before. More

Worst Experience Ever Seems like they are or have made some changes at this dealership...All for the worse! All i wanted was the car not all the warranties and coverages! HUMILIATION TO THE TENTH POWER I would not recommend doing any business with this dealership. I had reported misconduct through there Service/Parts department and after reporting it I would not recommend doing any business with this dealership. I had reported misconduct through there Service/Parts department and after reporting it the GM Jim he was so rude. He at first was so sympathetic and then when asked to come to the dealership to discuss the issue he made me feel like the culprit instead of the victim. I am very surprised at his actions mainly because when I purchased my car Bernie my salesman was fantastic. Very sad! Woman are usually taken advantage of when it comes to repairs and once again this has been proven correct not just in theory. More
Promised to "take care of everything"...but did nothing BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, IT'S FULL OF LIARS! I discovered on my ride home that my airbag warning light on my low-mileage pre-owend car was on. Got home BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, IT'S FULL OF LIARS! I discovered on my ride home that my airbag warning light on my low-mileage pre-owend car was on. Got home, read the manual and it was a potentially serious issue - with the airbag possibly going off unexpectedly or not at all (in an accident). Was about to to take the car back and have then give me my check back, but Nick told my wife he'd "take care of everything" and to "trust us". We never heard back from Nick...ever. The car also had an electrical issue that they knew of, but never told me, and I couldn't start it the next day. The service manager said he had unplugged the lights and didn't know why someone plugged them back in and that's why my batter was drained. And my sales person (Bill Clark) refuses to deal with me and just directs me to the useless Service Manager (Paul Hignutt) who's promised to take care of all the issues with my car, but has done nothing either. Beware of their "business" person, Tony, too because once you've signed all the paperwork, you won't be able to contact him either. He never answers his phone and his voice mailbox is always full. How convenient. This place is a den of thieves and liars. I can't imagine anyone would want or need any car so bad that they'd need to buy it at this place. Learn from my mistake and look to buy your car anywhere else. More
