Horrific Service - do not buy here This is the worst car service center U have experienced. My wife called and was told that the new tire we need it was in stock and she made an appoint This is the worst car service center U have experienced. My wife called and was told that the new tire we need it was in stock and she made an appointment. She came in at 7:00 to be the first in line at 7:30. While waiting for the insurance company to open at 8:00 (we bought tire insurance) they looked for the tire but they had all been sold with none earmarked for us so by 8:30 she was back on the road to wait for a new tire to come in. Today a week later back at the dealer by 7:00 Waited for the desk to open at 7:30. Then told we have to wait half hour for the insurance company to open at 8. The conversation tat took place is as follows: Can you start work now and then get the insurance involved - no that is not the way we do it. Could you have called the insurance yesterday to get all set - no that is not the way we do it. So now I am here in the showroom waiting for 8:00 and the ok from the tire insurance company. All the people who arrived after me are being serviced and I will have to wait once again. I feel I am being treated poorly because I bought the insurance. And this is not the first time this has happened. I will never ever but a car there again. This is not the first time we receive inferior service. Shame on you Cherry Hill Volkswagen. More

Cherry Hill Audi Made My Wife's Birthday Gift Come True On June 11, 2016, I had contacted Cherry Hill Audi, and had spoken with a Great Man named, Mark Tamburrino ( Audi Sales Manager), who verbally promise On June 11, 2016, I had contacted Cherry Hill Audi, and had spoken with a Great Man named, Mark Tamburrino ( Audi Sales Manager), who verbally promised me a payment and a down payment that I was extremely comfortable with and also he knew that today was my wife's birthday, which he displayed a conduct of professionalism that no other dealership in the Delaware Valley could offer. When I had arrived at Cherry Hill Audi, that same day, I was greeted by another Great Man named, Jeff Glauser (Audi Brand Specialist) who then instructed on how to utilize all of the features on my 2016 Audi Q5 SUV, and completely answered all of my detailed questions. At this time, I was escorted to a Great Women named, Jenna Dobois (F&I) who then made sure that I was relaxed with my sales experience from A to Z and also made sure that my lease returned vehicle was properly completed. Jenna also made sure that this transaction was easy and she wanted to also make sure that I was able to put a ribbon on my wife's birthday gift.
