Joel was a stand-up guy and delivered on all of his promises and made this transaction maybe the easiest to deal with and dealing with the state of Massachusetts motor vehicle is not an easy one. I ha I initially went to Cherry Hill Audi to look at an Audi A4 that I had seen on their website. I had an appointment with salesperson, Cindy Volpe. I had so much fun test driving several cars with Cindy. I decided on a 2017 Q3 and left a deposit. The next day I realized I didn't want to spend that much money on a new car. I called Cindy and she was so understanding. I went back the next week to look at a Volvo XC90 that I saw on their website and which I ultimately purchased. From Cindy, my salesperson, to Jaime, my finance person, and to everyone else that I had met, I can honestly say that this was a great car-buying experience and I would definitely recommend Cherry Hill Audi. More

New 2017 Passat VR6 I've owned 3 VWs prior to the latest 2017 Passat. I had a Jetta, JettanTDI wagon, 2012 Passat TDI which was part of the diesel scandal and not the Pas I've owned 3 VWs prior to the latest 2017 Passat. I had a Jetta, JettanTDI wagon, 2012 Passat TDI which was part of the diesel scandal and not the Passat VR6. I didn't want a 4 cylinder turbo after owning the diesel which had a ton or torque..hence the vr6 gas engine. I purchased the car from Cherry Hill VW...Angelo Carolfi was my salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, etc... Apparently, VW isn't making a lot of vr6 Passats so Angelo worked hard to find one in the color and interior and options I wanted. He found the car in Illinois and made the deal happen. Cherry Hill gave me what I consider to be a great deal with a lot of incentive to buy my fourth VW from them. The new Passat is great....classy looking in black with tan interior. Has remorse start for those freezing cold mornings too. More

Now I don't normally write reviews as they are most almost not truthful but in my case I had to share with everyone because my experience was so horri Now I don't normally write reviews as they are most almost not truthful but in my case I had to share with everyone because my experience was so horrible I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did. Let's begin, now the car I was after was pretty rare but that doesn't excuse their behavior. Once I arrived at the dealership my salesman (Kyle Duckworth) was no where to be found. Fast forward to the finance person who was in the Audi Building Jenna Dobois, talk about rude and unprofessional. I was told 3 times that because I was told the car came with all season tires and it only had summer tires that maybe this wasn't the car for me, as and I quote " our customers can afford to buy a second set of rims so if you can't then maybe this isn't the car for you" I was able to swallow that and keep going, which looking back I should have gone home at that point. Now here is where it all get worse. I waited for them to register the car as that's what they charged me for. The temp plate they gave me expired and I still had no registration. So began my calls, first I was told the guy who does registrations quit, then after 4 more calls and me yelling at a few people I was able to speak to Shannon who said she is the office manager. She assured me that she would take care of this. I also spoke with Andrew Hartung General Sales Manager who also assured me he would make sure it was taken care of. Well a week later I received a registration in the mail, but it wasn't mine! Yes it was registered to a plate that I didn't own. I place another call to Shannon and she first said that it was my fault, then changed her tune and admitted they messed up. She said let her fix it, after 2 more weeks I didn't hear from anyone. I placed 4 more calls and left 4 messages. Now the timeline is this purchased the car 10/18, sent wrong registration 11/11, now we are at 12.9, after calling and demanding to speak to someone, they found Shannon who just 5 minutes ago wasn't available. Shannon said she had been busy doing new deals and did t have time to get back to me, She stated that there was nothing they could do and I would have to go to my DMV and fix it myself. So after paying a dealer conveyance fee and a Registration fee, I now had to go pay my DMV to fix what they had done. I would now have to pay my own DMV to fix their screw up, not to mention go sit for hours losing out on work to go and do this! I asked to speak with an owner of the busniess and was told no,she would have someone call me. That didn't happen. So I have left out alot as this whole thing could be several paragraphs but I think you get the idea. I have purchased countless cars in my lifetime and never once dealt with a worse dealership and not to mention the lack of concern they showed. If this review doesnt do it for you and make you go somewhere else then....I also waited to see if they would take care of this issue before posting a horrible review. More
Best Car Buying Experience In A Long Time! Thank You Dorthy! Management, Originally I came in just looking after a long month of car shopping. Because of my budget I was not completely sold on the affordability of Audi. Eventually I made the decision to purchase Audi simply because of the value in the product. My sales person Dorthy was by far the catalyst to make this happen. Her knowledge on the product was beyond my expectation but more importantly explained the financial side of the process and methods to meet my needs. Her technical expertise on how to leverage financial products really put my mind at ease. The experience from start to finish was really easy and not “pushy” as most dealership experiences are. Additionally, I really appreciated Dorthy going the extra mile to clarify with management to ensure everything was going to work out as planned. Nowadays, it’s common to see car sales people as un-professional and simply just treating you as a number instead of a person with an objective to get money out of your wallet. I did not feel like this at all with the experience with her. She clearly possesses a world class level of customer service which is rare!! I really did not believe she was only just a sales person and not working in a management position due to her demeanor and polish. She has continued to answer all of my pestering calls, all of my questions, and has even followed up with me after the fact. You have gained a new yet loyal customer for years. I will be sure to recommend her in the future to my family and co-workers. Thank you very much Dorthy for going so above and beyond and looking forward to enjoy my new Audi. Thanks, D More
Howard Silvers - Stay away from him I inquired about a certified used Porsche from this dealership. I was speaking with Howard about the prices of the car, and he told me that theirs was I inquired about a certified used Porsche from this dealership. I was speaking with Howard about the prices of the car, and he told me that theirs was priced thousands cheaper than any other ones in the area. I had told him that i actually went to another dealership and they had it priced $2k less than this dealership. He immediately told me to go with them and that's it. Customer service should be a dealers #1 priority, but clearly that is not how it is in this dealership. Very disappointed, i was actually going to buy this car from them. More
