Jaime was a great, great person to work with. She made it so easy to choose the right car, and was very quick and efficient with getting me the exact vehicle I wanted. I would absolutely 100% come back here again to purchase another car because of the amazing experience and customer service I had. So far, I've owned 4 cars and the worst part of purchasing one for me was always dealing with the car salesman. They always seemed unattached and very abrasive, always just trying to seal the deal. Most of the time, even if I am interested in a car, if the wrong salesperson approaches me, I'll walk away. Jaime was an absolute breath of fresh air, and I am lucky to have worked with her! More

My experience at Cherry Hill Volkswagen was not bad but not great. I had a frustrating time getting the deal on my car (2012 GTI) due to the lack of communication between Volkswagen Credit, the actual Deal not great. I had a frustrating time getting the deal on my car (2012 GTI) due to the lack of communication between Volkswagen Credit, the actual Dealership, and my required contacts for the "New Graduate Program." It took me over a week to get approved for the New Graduate Program and much of the work as far as getting paperwork together and faxing over forms to multiple required contacts occurred through me. As a customer I would have expected a lot of the anticipated paperwork to be completed ahead of time at the sign of the deal. I did not expect to be going out of my way everyday, especially at work, to complete many of the tasks required to gain approval from Volkswagen Credit. I had to fax, re-fax, call different departments, fax re-fax, call Volkswagen etc. all throughout the week. It was very frustrating and put me on the brink of moving to another dealer if it had not been for the help and assurance of my saleman; Much of the reason for this mess was due to lack of required paperwork for the release of my personal information as required by federal law. I was told that there was no such form but I was told by My University that they received many forms from different VW Dealerships regarding the same "New Grad Program" in order for these students to qualify and drive away happily. This issue raised a lot of doubts in my mind. My employer and University had to write separate letters in order to justify my case which was out of everyone's way. Very unprofessional and unorganized of VW. However on a brighter note, I had a very pleasant Salesman, Craig Kupper, who I highly recommend in sales due to his positive attitude towards the customer. If it had not been for his help throughout the process and standby attitude even after work hours, I would have either left the deal or given the dealership horrible ratings. If you are looking to purchase a car, he is the guy to go to. He stuck with me throughout the whole processes and now I'm happily driving my new 2012 GTI. More
I have bought 4 cars from Joe Serrano. He is a great person to work with. Never any pressure, and alway very personable. In fact, the last vehicle I bought, we worked the entire deal out over the phone, and all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. I used to dread walking into a car dealership because I hate being hounded, but that has never happened to me at Cherry Hill VW. And that applies to the entire staff. The last time I was there purchasing a vehicle, one of the other sales associates was entertaining my young daughters by drawing with them, so I could sign the paperwork. It just goes to show that the dealership is concerned with their customers, and not just the bottom line. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from Joe. More
I had a horrible experience at this dealership back in January. A service adviser cursed at me twice and when I asked for the manager he told me never to come back. Instead of trying to fix the problem you ask the customer to leave? The VW service manager said " Are you mad you have to pay?" No, I am upset that I am paying for an issue I was advised was fixed. I have never been treated so horribly. Fast food service doesn't top this and I only give them $5 at a time not 100's of dollars. Never again will Cherry Hill have my business or my family and friends if I have anything to do with it. I have plenty of friends with VW's and Audi's. I am also a member of VWVORTEX I've let them know all about this experience. More
I bought a 2011 A5 from this dealership and all of the reviews said I would regret it. Let me tell you that I do. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM they are very deceptive and they do not have any type of custom reviews said I would regret it. Let me tell you that I do. I have had over 8 problems from a flat 5 minutes after I got the car. The car also had paint issues such as swirls in the hood – needless to say they charged me for that too. They simply do not care. My last problem was a loud noise coming from my rear wheel. Over the past three months I have had several tire pressure issues. I took the car in and they looked at it and said no trouble found, $50.00 please. This is a 2011 model with full warrantee and pre paid extra maintenance that includes a tire policy. However since they do not see physical damage or a warrantee problem, I must pay. As I stated earlier, this dealership provides “No service”. I hope that $50.00 charge pays for this great review because you earned it, do not buy you auto there or you might be next to regret it. More
I had been doing a lot of online research on my next vehicle, and I was pretty set on a used VW Tiguan. When I came across a listing for a 2009 VW Tiguan with even more features than I was looking vehicle, and I was pretty set on a used VW Tiguan. When I came across a listing for a 2009 VW Tiguan with even more features than I was looking for at a very competitive price (lower than i had seen for older/more miles/less features), I immediately made arrangements to go check it out. It was a rain/snowy day & right away we got a very warm reception from our sales consultant, Jaime. We had our two kids with us and they pulled the Tiguan up within minutes(freshly detailed - not a bit of snow)& handed us the keys for the test drive. Because i was unfamiliar with the area, Jaime suggested we take it on some back roads and that we should try it out in the snow in the vacant parking lots nearby. We took her advice and really got a great feel for the vehicle's performance and I was totally sold - IF the deal was as good as it looked online, otherwise we were completely prepared to walk out & leave without it. When we returned to the dealership and started discussing our budget, trade in, and expectations, it was getting very close to their 5pm Sat closing time. Nobody made us feel rushed - they made sure the kids were content (TV, donuts) and we really appreciated how straightforward, honest, and friendly everyone there was - it made for a very pleasant environment. The finance manager (Kristen Rose)even took the extra time to contact VW credit to negotiate the best deal for us -- did I mention at this point it was AFTER closing time?! After the deal, they pulled our trade & the VW into the garage so we could get out our belongings in a nice warm place & Jaime was exceptionally knowledgeable & patient as she filled me in on all the little nuances of the navigation system & various other vehicle components. You can tell she enjoys cars & she was enthusiastic about filling us in on this one. At this point it had to be about an hour past their closing time, but everyone was just as pleasant & helpful as when we showed up a few hours earlier. When Jaime and Kristen told me to call them with any questions, it didn't seem like lip service, they really came across as being sincere & helpful. It was truly a pleasure - start to finish. They obviously respect their customers and really enjoy the great work they do - I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. More
I did not receive my permanent tag when my tempory tag is about expire. I need to call many times to get an extension letter. I paid for a 5-year registeration and they messed up and got me 1-year registeration. When I faxed to them to ask about it, they pretended nothing went wrong and did not respond. I had to fax again before I can get refunded. Of course, they said DVM made a mistake. More

This dealership lied to me when I bought the car telling me I would always get an Audi loaner. Come to find out this is not the case and they only have 18 loaner vehicles. Willow grove Audi for comparison me I would always get an Audi loaner. Come to find out this is not the case and they only have 18 loaner vehicles. Willow grove Audi for comparison has over 70 loaner Audi's. Obviously the owners aren't interested in customer care and service but only maximizing their own profits. I found this same problem with their Mercedes dealership. I would neer again buy a car from Cherry Hill Imports. More
