I think a ride to Porsche of Atlantic City is in my future for the next service required for my car. One bright spot of customer service was the very polite and friendly assistance from Hector in finding a safe parking spot for my car when I dropped it off and the lot was over-run with attendees of some radio promotional event. Main Line wasn't able to provide me with a trade figure or purchase price of the new car as all the managers were in a meeting. Cherry Hill within 15 minutes of getting there not only gave me the trade figure and pricing but also provided me with a selection that fit my option and color criteria. Being an instant satisfaction kind of guy once I decide on something I opted not to wait for a car to be brought in. There was a gorgeous 911 Turbo S on the showroom floor that was more expensive than the Turbo I initially wanted but the deal was right and more importantly I left with the car about 80 minutes later. A big "thank you!" for NOT wasting my time. Quick, efficient and to the point. Most likely will be a lifetime customer as long as service exceeds my expectations as well. More
Starting from the minute I walked thru the show room and was met by Steve Saville I knew this would be a good experience. I leased a 2014 Jetta. Steve was great thru the test drive sharing all his knowledge of the vehicle. There was no pressure to how long the test drive was to discussing the finances of the vehicle. After driving the vehicle I knew this was the car. I was then introduced to the Sales Manager, Mark Tamburrino...He was great, no pressure...He as well as Steve was Courtious, Professional, no non-sense and very very Customer oriented:) Actually everybody I came in contact with in the dealership was friendly. Also a big shout-out to Jaime Glembocki who handled the closing of the deal. The closing was done in less then 30 minutes (awesome) and she was able to answer any question with no problems. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.... More

I had a great experience at Volkswagen of Cherry Hill. I purchased a brand new 2013 TDI Passat (manual shift)- I love this new car after 17 years with a Subaru Outback. The sales rep I dealt with, Angelo Ca purchased a brand new 2013 TDI Passat (manual shift)- I love this new car after 17 years with a Subaru Outback. The sales rep I dealt with, Angelo Carolfi, was excellent. He knew the car, he was patient, he wasn't pushy, he was friendly and I felt he had my best interests in mind. I came back a second time to test drive the same two cars I had previously tested-Angelo had no problem at all and took me around warmly. When it came time to negotiating it was a pleasant process and I feel Angelo as well as the GM of the dealership really worked with me and gave me a good deal. I will mention one point of contention, but you'll find this at any dealership (I found this with my wife's car when we bought her Honda but I forgot!)... when I went to sign the final paper work after I've done all my negotiating, the person handing the paperwork with me hit me up about the extended warranty. I wish dealers would discuss the warranty during the car purchasing process so I could research it a bit and not make an emotional/rash decision in the 11th hour when I'm exhausted and just want my car. However, let me say, just like the rest of my dealership experience at Cherry HIll VW, I feel I got a real good deal on the extended warranty- the financing/paperwork person took care of me! I highly recommend Angelo and this dealership-and this awesome car!! More
My experience at Cherry Hill Volkswagen was amazing. Bob Gale was my Salesman, and this was the second VW purchased with him in 2013. My daughter, who turned 17 in March, 2013 has a Volkswagen, Jetta, whic Gale was my Salesman, and this was the second VW purchased with him in 2013. My daughter, who turned 17 in March, 2013 has a Volkswagen, Jetta, which she loves. Great cars. Love my Tiguan, VW from Bob Gale, was great doing business with him. I would do it again! Everyone there seems so friendly. The VW rides like a dream. Gina Tucker More
Cherry Hill Audi is the nearest dealership to me, and I have visited this dealership three times. My husband I inquired about purchasing Audi cars twice there, Fall of 2008 and Spring of 2013, and I wanted have visited this dealership three times. My husband I inquired about purchasing Audi cars twice there, Fall of 2008 and Spring of 2013, and I wanted to buy Audi car accessories today. The first time we went to inquire and possibly order the "hot car of the moment" Audi S5 in 2008, we were not greeted in the empty showroom for the first 10 minutes. They did not take us seriously. I do not even remember the salesperson, but he barely answered our questions about the car because there was such a delay in receiving a car to order. In fact, the rep didn't even offer to see if we wanted to place a deposit on ordering the S5, which we would have in a heartbeat. We left underwhelmed by the service, and purchased the S5 at a dealership by the shore, full asking price. Just recently, we went to Cherry Hill Audi again. Again, no greeting in the showroom for the first 10 min. We looked around the showroom because we were deciding between S6 and S7 (looked at A7 because S7 was going to be released any day). We really wanted to buy a car here because it is better to support a local business and it is convenient in many ways (service, etc). Again, no one paid attention to us, even after we explained we wanted to buy the S6 or S7, and that we currently own S5. My husband and I appreciate great luxury cars, and between he and I we have been through many luxury car dealerships. Cherry Hill Audi ranks the bottom of the bottom low experience, ever. Lower than any car dealership experience (even Honda, Acura, etc). There's no hospitality and the sales people knew less about the car than my husband (car release dates, price, etc). Again, we walked away disappointed because we wanted to purchase here, but the sales people were not knowledgeable, and they just didn't seem to care. We bought a beautiful S7 two weeks later at a dealership in Northern Jersey. The funny thing is, the sale people in Cherry Hill must not care if they sell cars or not. We never got any follow up phone calls, ever, which is rare! Car sales people are usually persistent with follow up calls. But not this one, which I guess, is a positive in this situation. Today, Saturday around 3 pm I went to buy an Audi mug. The S7 has two cup holders. One holder is inconveniently, extremely small, but Audi sells a tumbler that is made to fit. The woman at the front desk didnt even seem like an employee there. Didn't greet me but I asked her if I could purchase accessories. She looked perplexed but I explained what I needed. The mugs are always displayed in a clear display case in every Audi showroom. She said the parts department is closed and they have keys to the display case. Therefore, I could not purchase a mug. This is so beyond ridiculous. Doesn't this dealership want to SELL stuff? I can't even buy an overpriced tumbler at this dealership! It is incredulous that only the parts department has keys to sell items in the display case. I don't have anything personal against this dealership but I cannot take this dealership seriously on any level, except for the fact the the Audi cars are beautiful cars. This dealership lacks in professionalism on every level. I will probably never even get my S7 serviced here because of the underwhelming experience I have had at the sales department, and now "parts" department as well. How could I trust good service from this dealership who doesn't seem professional? I have never heard of a car dealership who could not even sell me an over priced coffee tumbler on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. It is a shame. This dealership is the closest to my house, and I cannot even take advantage of their services, or lack there of. More
