I feel like I have found a new dealership to get all of the rest of my cars. I need to feel comfortable with the people I buy cars from and I don't want to just buy a car I want to build a new relationship and that is exactly how I feel with Cherry Hill VW. Outstanding customer service. Thank You all. More

My sales professional James Zurick was just that - we were able to work a deal by email, with me in Florida and him in a training class in Georgia. Got a decent price for my trade-in, and did not have to bring it to New Jersey to close the deal. He was very helpful at the time of sale, taking time to explain all the car's functions. James is a real "car guy" and a pleasure to do business with. And Jenna DuBois, the F&I manager, was equally helpful and easy to work with. Very good purchase experience. More

If you enjoy not having your calls returned I should have known from the first time I purchased a vehicle here. The service is great up until they cash your check and then want nothing to do wi I should have known from the first time I purchased a vehicle here. The service is great up until they cash your check and then want nothing to do with you UNTIL, it's time for your service!! Then they want everything to do with your wallet. I get it, its a business…unfortunately for Cherry Hill VW you can't make money if you treat your customers like dirt. Every time I go here I have a terrible experience. Every time I call I cannot speak with anyone, its always straight to VM, and I have YET to receive a phone call back. My car was in for service which is covered under warranty, I've never heard of a dealership keeping a car for 3 days to run a diagnostic on a check engine light. Not to mention they won't give me a loaner car, so Im out of work while they have my car sitting in their lot. Once (and whenever that is) I get my car back, I will NEVER be returning to this stealership. Horrible customer service!!! More
Buyer Beware!! I found an A4 cabriolet listed online by Cherry Hill Imports. I called Michael Gale to inquire about the car. Michael referred me to a sales associ I found an A4 cabriolet listed online by Cherry Hill Imports. I called Michael Gale to inquire about the car. Michael referred me to a sales associate Chuck Shaffer. The pics looked great online so I asked Chuck to tell me about the blemishes I would be upset about when the car arrived that were not pictured. Chuck stated the car was immaculate and could be on the showroom floor. With only 15k miles on it, that seemed plausible. I went ahead with the deal and had the car shipped to the Midwest. Upon unloading the car from the transport, I was forced to sign a damage waiver that listed scratches on almost every panel of the car. This same report was initialed by Cherry Hill went it left their dealership, proving the car wasn’t damaged in transportation. The following list is what was discovered immediately after receiving the car, taking a short test drive and my immediate appointment to my local Audi dealer. 1. Check engine light on 2. Oil light on (Dip stick completely dry. Added 2 qts of oil) 3. No navigation disc 4. Side marker light out 5. License plate light(s) assembly and lights completely missing on both sides 6. Gas tank locking mechanism was broke and made a horrific screeching sound when locking doors 7. Aluminum windshield pillars badly oxidized with large gouge running down drivers side 8. Cigarette burn/hole in driver’s seat along with 2 cuts. 9. Cigarette burns in rear carpet and mats. 10. Permanent car seat blemishes in back seat and milk/vomit stains down sidewall and floor. Upset is an understatement. This was an alleged certified car! There is no possible way all of this could have been overlooked during any inspection. There were three warning lights on in the dash when I received it. Beyond exceptionally poor. Upon picking up the repaired car at my local Audi dealer I was told “This car was driven HARD!” I called Michael and Chuck both to voice my dismay. Chuck denied the car left the dealership like that and said the scratches and cigarette burns must have happened in transport. Then speculated the transport guy must have taken it for a test drive. Michael asked me to get an itemized list of damages that could be repaired. I sent Michael the list of estimates, which totaled about $800. After sending the list I heard nothing from Michael or Chuck for days. No calls returned ever. Approximately a month went by with repeated phone calls when I received a check in the mail for $500, ($150 of which was overpayment of title/reg fees). So in essence I was compensated $350. Chuck, as you assured me the original car owner was not a smoker I have this to say- 1. The ashtray was dirty with a well-used cig lighter 2. The carpet burns were painted to try and conceal them. This did not happen during transport! 3. If you are going to lie and mislead, delete the phone numbers out of the car’s memory. Guess what- I called the previous owner and verified. He was a smoker. I have previously purchased three vehicles online from other dealers and all have gone perfectly. I feel taken and misled. I would never purchase from this dealer again. More
Agreed to buy vehicle, then manager backs out of deal.. On August 18, 2014 I called Porsche of Cherry Hill on a pre-owned BMW M5 they have listed for sale. As some background, I am a big car enthusiast cal On August 18, 2014 I called Porsche of Cherry Hill on a pre-owned BMW M5 they have listed for sale. As some background, I am a big car enthusiast calling from Los Angeles and have bought numerous cars out of state before. On my initial conversation I spoke with pre-owned sales manager Michael Gale whom then transferred me to sales consultant Steve Shore. I initially wanted to get more information as I found out the particular M5 they were selling was in an accident before. Manager Michael told me that the vehicle had rear ended someone years ago and the majority of the front clip was replaced. Michael informed me that Steve took the vehicle in on trade and can give me more information on the M5. When asked about the accident Steve gave me a different account as to what happened and what was replaced. A bit hesitant I told Steve that I would want to get the car inspected before I purchase but sent a offer as to what I would pay given the condition is as they described. Steve sent me a few photos of the vehicle and after getting a bit more information on the vehicle I committed with an offer which he told me he will present to his manager Michael Gale. Five minutes later Steve called me back and informed me that his manager Michael had agreed to sell me the vehicle for my offer and to schedule an inspection. He said they wanted an immediate deposit via credit card/wire transfer and for me to fill out the Credit Card Authorization. After arranging for my PPI at a nearby independent Southampton BMW facility, Steve texted me informing me that his manager Michael decided to backed out of the deal. Once I got this information I was confused what was going on. I immediately called and was on hold for a receptionist for 5 minutes. I finally got through and was on hold for Michael for about 10 minutes and got bounced back to the receptionist. I left a message for Michael to call me back which never happened so I called back and this time left a message with him. With no response I then called back a few hours later and was on hold for about 20 minutes to get ahold of Michael. Another side note, what dealership keeps a client on hold for so long? I've never waited so long to even get ahold of a receptionist. When I finally got ahold of Michael he informed me that Steve never presented a offer to him and we never had a deal, he told me that I must have mistaken the deposit agreements for, "securing the vehicle so we can then negotiate a price on it." I have never heard of anyone leaving a $1,000.00 deposit to negotiate a deal on a car I was ready to pay cash on, this is just insulting to hear from a manager. It's completely unacceptable and unprofessional that a dealership on this caliber could be so dishonest and play games with their customers. I would suggest anyone buying a new or used car from Porsche of Cherry Hill to be extremely cautious and look elsewhere especially if you're looking to buy a Porsche or any other car. Beware of their pre-owned cars as well to make sure they haven't been involved in any accidents. Remember this is coming from a Porsche owner/enthusiast as well (PCA, Rennlist, 6SpeedOnline) and I've dealt with numerous Porsche dealers in my area. Maybe the integrity of the East Coast dealerships is different but I can reassure you that dealerships especially managers would take issues like this much more seriously here, let alone give customers poor excuses.
