Do not use trust their service department Do not trust your service department. I called up their service department to set up an appointment to bring my car in to fix some engine issues. I sp Do not trust your service department. I called up their service department to set up an appointment to bring my car in to fix some engine issues. I specifically asked them on the phone if it would be covered by the warranty. I described the issues and supplied them the OBD2 codes that I had read. After being told the repairs would be covered and waiting weeks for the appointment. I took off work and went to drop my car off at the dealership. I then had to again describe in detail why I was bringing my car in and supply the codes. I was then told that nothing would be covered by the warranty and it would at a minimum cost me several hundreds of dollars just for parts. They lie to get you into the dealership to try and force you to use their service department. Do you self a favor and avoid them at all cost. More

Very good to deal with someone who is willing to work . I dealt with Andrew Garber and was very at ease doing our deal. He was very easy to work with and and was true to his word. 2014 Audi A6 Appointment Debacle I had been looking for an Audi A6 TDI pre-owned and found one listed at Cherryhill imports. Made an appointment online, discussed with online rep and I had been looking for an Audi A6 TDI pre-owned and found one listed at Cherryhill imports. Made an appointment online, discussed with online rep and told them I intended to buy if price was right on 2014 A6, 8K miles. Driving up from Eastern Shore to look at. Appointment for 1030-1100, Scheduled Sales rep did not show up until 1045, don't want use names, obviously rushed in and was not very pleasant. The dealer set us up with someone who came in early for her usual shift, even as we gathered someone already working at that time. Went to get car that took 20 minutes to bring around, that was being used by Service manager as loaner. Car was not cleaned, and looked like it was not for sale, had been keyed down both sides. I had contacted 4 days prior to my visit. Sales rep stated they would send the car to the body shop for repair, and had no idea about the scratches. The sales rep obviously did not prepare in the least for the visit. Went to another dealer and purchased same vehicle that day. Will never look at Cherryhill imports again. They at least offered to give Visa Card for gas, and wasted trip. More

Over great experience My wife and I visited Audi of Cherry Hill during Lexus negotiation and settled on the Q7 over Lexus GX. There were several reasons why we did this bu My wife and I visited Audi of Cherry Hill during Lexus negotiation and settled on the Q7 over Lexus GX. There were several reasons why we did this but 2 major differences.: 1. Salesman (Chea) was easy to talk to and very patient 2. Only 1 other person to deal with during price negotiation. We saw Lexus salesman handling another customer during our visit which made us walk away in frustration but experience at Audi was very opposite. Lexus' 'lingo' of "but it's a Lexus!" versus Audi's "see what this car can do" in my opinion, was probably the deal breaker. Down to earth, honest people at Audi won both of us and we settled on our Audi. I will probably go back to them for my next car. More

Amazing Customer Service!!! ! Our family was on a family vacation driving down the east coast when we had major problems with replacement tires we had bought somewhere else. We ! We looked up Audi dealerships and found the closest was the Cherry Hill location. We were really stressed out when we entered and were so impressed by the entire operation, I had to write a review! We were weighing our options between trading in our old car and replacing the tires and Joel Mazie in sales was very patient and helpful running a bunch of different scenarios for us. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for an honest down-to-earth person to help them buy an Audi. We also appreciate him introducing us to Kristin in tire insurance so we could avoid the $3000 mistake we made in the future! Now for the service department!! Kyle, Bill, Brian were awesome! Super friendly, helpful and new their stuff! We had to stay over night and they even suggested great restaurants in Philadelphia for us to visit! Last but not least Amanda, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make sure we got the best the dealership could offer in sales and service. You don't have to look farther than Amanda to understand why everyone in the dealership seems to have such high standards!!! Thank you Cherry Hill Audi!!!!!! More
