The fixes were reboot,update, and finialy radio replacement . Ever since they touched our Jeep the 9 amplified speakers and sub woofer do not function. They said they have done all they can and to call Chrysler that call was also a waste . I wish I had never purchased a car from this site . I have purchased 2 other cars from them in the past but that did not matter. Again be careful be careful be careful. More

Just bought a 2016 Jeep and had it in for service 25 days later because it wasn't working correctly. I was told that everything is fine and that is just how it is by multiple people. That is the craziest thing I've ever heard in my life. If every other jeep doesn't do what mine is doing than how is this normal? I left it there over night and had to put up with the inconvenience of getting a rental. The next day I was told that they did absolutely nothing to my jeep and wanted me to pay for diagnostics. The second I got into my jeep after basically being laughed at and told that I was wrong it continued to do the exact same thing. The managers never came out to talk to me and fix the situation and the customer service kids were extremely disrespectful. I sincerely regret buying my first jeep at Cherry Hill Dodge Jeep and Ram. They are nothing but rude and disrespectful and the only thing they have in mind is let me sell this car. I have not made a payment on my car yet and ultimately do not even want the jeep anymore. I will be going elsewhere to see what I can do to prevent myself from ever being disrespected like that again. More

And I was told that as bad as those brakes were, didn't I hear how bad they were? I didn't have a clue. Car was operating perfectly. Service writer said I needed the brakes and was to dangerous to drive as it was. I got a quote. After some offer to price match another agency I had called, they rescinded the offer cause they said they had to get the rotors from the other agency I called, and it would cost a lot more. that is more than the match price quote. I recently went to that other agency for a battery issue. They looked at the brakes, and said they were worn but not as tragically bad as Cherry Hill Dodge people said.. And there was no problem turning the rotors. The whole job was way way less than what Cherry Hill Dodge was thinking of charging. They never did make good on the oil change over charges on that same day. More

A Little Out of Integrity. Got the mail promo $50 off service. Went in for an oil change. They convinced me I needed other work done, too. I said OK. They said I should get the Got the mail promo $50 off service. Went in for an oil change. They convinced me I needed other work done, too. I said OK. They said I should get the special 4000 mile oil change service for $54, which includes the oil and filter... So with the promo $5 cost. Right! The bill showed $49.92 for oil and filter parts, and $31.57 for just checking out the car, that other dealerships do for free. The car takes 5 qts of oil. The charged for 6. Total for the oil change and filter $81.49. (OVERCHARGE: Difference between $81.49 - $54 = 27.49). I expect to be charged fairly, and in integrity. I shouldn't need to be looking over my shoulder). They said they would give me another oil change free, but i don't trust it. So i asked for a credit on the future oil change and filter. Service should be peace of mind, not fighting to get overcharges corrected. And how is the customer wrong if they overcharged ... ? Ohoil Veh ... !! Seriously suggest stay away from the Cherry Hill Complex. Not even going to mention the inconvenience of getting a driver's side widow replaced that they damaged. Of course N/C. More

Not advertised price I received an email coupon to get an oil change/tire rotation, I took my vehicle in, they ended up charging me almost $15.00 more for one quart of oil I received an email coupon to get an oil change/tire rotation, I took my vehicle in, they ended up charging me almost $15.00 more for one quart of oil extra. Read the fine print, an oil change is not an oil change anymore. If they would have charged me for what a regular quart of oil costs this review would be different. I have had a noise issue with my 2015 Dodge Dart since March 2016 and have been to 3 dealer service places to get this fixed only to have more problems with the car after getting the car back. Profomance Dodge said they did work but Mt. Ephraim Dodge said there was no work done to my car. Then Mt. Ephraim dodge had my car a few time, said they could not hear the noise but when I drove with one of their techs now he hears it. Then I am told its a noise they can not and will not fix and they will not be doing anymore work on my car. I am then directed to go to Pellegrino Chrysler to get it fixed. They actually took the dash apart and did work. Doing so they damaged the plastic under my dash, bent the mesh and scratched up my windshield pillars. Jim the manager there said they did not damage anything and told me and my wife they never even had my dash off. (All on video) but they are proven wrong by the work order to fix the foam under the dash and by Cherry Hill Dodge working on my car and letting me know that who ever was in the dash before them they broke many things including all the clips on my glove compartment. Which brings me to Cherry Hill. The 3 other dealers gave me such a hard time on scheduling to come in and getting a rental car to goto work. Cherry Hill did not. John Preite picked up my car at my work and dropped it off. John and Kevyn would not stop till they found the problem. They did not tell me its normal noise like Joe at Mt. Ephraim Dodge nor did they tell me just to "Turn up the radio" Like Joe at Mt. Ephraim Dodge. I will always now go to Cherry Hill Dodge to have service on my two new card that I own. I have bought a total of 7 cars from Mt. Ephraim Dodge in the past 3 years and the sales team at Mt. Ephraim is awesome, just I will never ever depend on Mt Ephraim nor Pellegrino to do any work on any car I ever own. John is now saved in my speed dial and if and when I ever need work on my cars he will be the first person I call. Joh Preite tells the truth and that to me is JOB ONE thanks John and Kevyn. I will be looking for my 8th car soon to buy, I may have to get John's advice before I make my decision. Thanks guys. Hope Charlie hooks you guys up you deserve it. More
Won't give me my part back. I brought my wrangler in to have the ECM swapped out because mine had a fuse shortage and I absolutely had to get it done at a dealership. After searching everywhere for this apparently super rare part, I brought the computer in, Jeep replaced it, and I drove away happy. Only problem is - I never received the damaged part back. According to the employees at this dealership/service area, if you bring your own part in, they give you back your original, defective part. Well, it's been a week, and I still don't have my original part. I tore my Jeep apart, thinking they would've hidden it somewhere - nothing. I have been calling them every day, and every day I'm being told "Oh, I'll look for it and I'll give you a call back today." But guess who dodges phone calls and never calls me back? Coincidentally enough, the technician who physically worked on my Jeep AND the manager, Mike, no longer work there, so no one knows where my computer is, and clearly, no one is looking for it. Normally, I wouldn't care that I didn't get a broken part back, except when I ordered this part from a third party, there was a stipulation that I needed to send back the defective part, or I'm going be charged $300 from the computer exchange company, and my warranty would be voided. Such a headache - never coming back here again, never buying a Jeep from them. Ever. More
