I went to the Cherry Hill Triplex after making my initial research online. I found that they had several exact matches of the vehicle I was looking for, the Cherokee Overland Summit with Saddle Leather inter research online. So we went to Cherry Hill Triplex with an appointment through the internet department. We went o look at one car, but that car had issues so we went looking at other cars. Joe was great. He showed us different cars and always kept our budget in mind. My problem came with the price of the car we settled on. We were internet customers and there is special internet pricing. Since I made the appointment through the internet rep I would get the internet prices. When I asked for the price, Antonio said that would be impossible. Now I was not aware of the actual internet price since we went to look at a different car. I asked for a fair price, which actually turned out to be the internet price which I found out later on. Basically, I feel as if Antonio is not an honest person, and I wish I would have only had to deal with Joe. I love the car, but this just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I have also emailed the internet rep Dave, and last week he would respond within 10 minutes. We are now on day 2 with no response. More

Took Jeep to get routine Transmission service flush, was told additional parts need to be replaced for an additional $400.00. Within 100 miles vehicle transmission failed. Cause was simple - second Jeep d told additional parts need to be replaced for an additional $400.00. Within 100 miles vehicle transmission failed. Cause was simple - second Jeep dealership which I was towed to in MD told me that they overfilled the transmission by 3 qts. They paid to have the Jeep serviced in MD yet after picking up the transmission lasted all of another 100 miles. I now have a $5000 dollar repair, stuck in DC and Cherry Hill Dodge Jeep response is summarized by "tough luck" to me and that is the nicest thing I can say. Let me assure everyone, the jeep was driven non stop 800 miles one week prior to the maintenance service and was running 100% perfect. My goal was for routine preventative maintenance and their incompetence of not knowing how to fill a transmission caused the failure. I would not send my worse enemy to this dealership and hope that my comments will stop others from using their service or sales. I would love for 10 times my out of pocket cost to come off their bottom line in 2013. Please all, find another dealership or car!!! More

Extremely knowledgable sales people, and most importantly never pushy.
