Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep

We had a terrible car buying experience at Cherry Hill Dodge recently. We feel that we were lied to, misled, and taken advantage of. We were not given fair market value for our trade-in and ended up get Dodge recently. We feel that we were lied to, misled, and taken advantage of. There were several scratches on the Grand Caravan that we were purchasing and our salesman, Giovanni, promised to have it "touched up" and he did not uphold this promise. After driving off the lot, a tire pressure light came on and once we got home, we realized that the inside of the vehicle was filthy! It had not been detailed. We were inconvenienced by having to make another trip to the dealership the next day to have these problems addressed. In hindsight, we SHOULD have walked out. In the end, we got a BAD deal all the way around and we are not happy! Would NOT recommend this dealership. More

When we finished the test drive and made it clear that we wanted to look at more options, he refused to let us leave and used the worst sales tactics I've ever seen. We felt like we were being held hostage and actually thought for a second he would cry if we didn't sign the deal right then and there.
