This was the first place we visited when we began our search for a new car a few weeks ago. The experience was so strange that my husband and I are still talking about it. When we finished the test drive and made it clear that we wanted to look at more options, he refused to let us leave and used the worst sales tactics I've ever seen. We felt like we were being held hostage and actually thought for a second he would cry if we didn't sign the deal right then and there. My husband and I buy cars often and were seriously considering buying a Jeep. If we do return, we will ask for a different sales associate. Strange. More
