As a female consumer, I sometimes come across unethical salespeople, but that was not the case with Cherry Hill Dodge. Everyone I came across was friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure to have Julie salespeople, but that was not the case with Cherry Hill Dodge. Everyone I came across was friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure to have Julie Thompson sell me a new 2014 Dodge Challenger. Her knowledge and ability to go above and beyond has made purchasing a car the best experience yet at a dealership. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from this dealership and ask for Julie Thompson as your salesperson. It will be worth it! More
Concur with other some other posts: classic bait and switch operators. Do not be fooled by internet salesman whose over the phone quote will not be honored when you get to the dealership. This was exact switch operators. Do not be fooled by internet salesman whose over the phone quote will not be honored when you get to the dealership. This was exactly my experience. They undermine the Chrysler brand by their tactics. Best advice is to avoid this dealership and purchase your vehicle somewhere else. More
I contacted this dealership via internet in regards to a vehicle in inventory. I received no response. I went to the dealership, filled out a cover sheet, and then was instructed that the vehicle was indeed vehicle in inventory. I received no response. I was then told which direction on the lot to look for it from the warmth of the showroom.Cherry hill Jeep, I'm not looking for your cars! If I'm buying your flying! I proceeded to walk to my car. Absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. I was called the night before to setup an appt for the following day to see a car I found online. The day of the appt I called before I left home just to called the night before to setup an appt for the following day to see a car I found online. The day of the appt I called before I left home just to make sure they still had the vehicle there since I live over an hr away, and they checked and said it was. Once I get to the dealership they tell me they have no one available and it will just be a minute. I asked the mgr Dave if he could just point me to the car on the lot so I could take a look while waiting. He responded that he doesn't know where it is on the lot. Well, 45 min later one of the salesman finally is free and he heads out to get the vehicle. Another 30 min passes while I am still waiting. FInally he comes back and tells me the car was sent to auction 2 days prior. I will spare the details of how angry this made me. All the mgr had to do was get off his lazy xxx and check where the car was originally and it would have at least saved me an hr of waiting. The mgr Dave also refused to give me the contact information for the owner as I wanted to speak with him. So in the end I wasted 4 hrs and $100 in gas going to appt that THEY set only to have the car gone 2 days before and all the clueless morons at the dealership apparently didn't know. Save yourself the aggravation and do NOT ever shop here! More
Wow! I must say I was a little skeptic going in there last weekend, not because of anything the dealership did wrong but because I hate buying cars. I had my guard up before I even walked In as I opened last weekend, not because of anything the dealership did wrong but because I hate buying cars. I had my guard up before I even walked In as I opened my door a salesman was there waiting named Tim. My reaction was great before I get out the door there all over me but I politely said I'm just looking, his response was once I never heard before or expected as iv been to hundreds of dealerships he said "No Problem my names Tim and I can already tell you'd prefer to search alone but may I ask are you looking for new or pre-owned id just like to help guide you in the right direction it can get pretty confusing here." I was shocked because usually when I say that I'm bombarded with questions or given some sarcastic remark I told him preowned and he than asked "do you mind if I ask car or SUV as we try to keep them in different rows and have more if you don't see what your looking for." The point I'm trying to make is he understood I was a little nervous with this process and I didn't want to be attacked but it was the complete opposite. Long story short he made me feel comfortable and he ended up staying with me throughout my search even offering advice on certain suvs we looked at. I told him I didn't like when managers pressure you to make a decision and he told me don't worry that's fine you will not have to deal with any managers today just me. I ended up purchasing and received two phone calls since asking how I liked my SUV and if I needed anything. So I promised him I would write a good review for him, he's a young kid I'm guessing around 20-21 but was by far the most professional, caring, knowledgable salesman I ever met. Dodge you are lucky to have this kid. I will only be buying my future cars from him Good Luck Tim Hope you have a great year you deserve it!. More
At Cherry Hill Triplex I got hustled, I would certainly not recommend this dealership and hopefully my insight can be helpful. For starters the “Black Book” estimate trade in quote does not provide an actu not recommend this dealership and hopefully my insight can be helpful. For starters the “Black Book” estimate trade in quote does not provide an actual value of your trade-in, instead it collects all of your information up front (email marketing campaign) and once the information is gathered, it requires you to visit the dealership to have your car reviewed (no mention of an actual value of your vehicle.) The pricing on the website is false, the dealer loads in every imaginable rebate possible including rebates that do not even exist for the car (loading.) There is no such thing as a “Wow price” I was contacted by the Internet Sales Rep Mike Mancini whom, when I asked him what the "Wow price" was on the vehicle I was interested in, he was rude and obnoxious. After speaking to the Sales Manager in person, I was told he was supposed to respond that way, as he was meant to offend the customer in any means necessary to get the customer to visit the dealership to complain and then to look at the car being inquired about. When I first arrived at the dealership, I knew the exact model and stock number I was interested in as I did my research and Cherry Hill Triplex was the closest dealership with the car I wanted. I went to the showroom floor looked at a base model, and was never approached, I waited some more, finally I asked the Manager’s desk for assistance and the same guy that had been sitting at his desk for 15 minutes watching me became available. That would be Will Beauchemin (#8481,) he took me for a test drive, after a few minutes in the vehicle it was apparent that his knowledge of the technology and advanced features were limited and I would need to do outside research to better understand the car as this was not his forte. We went back to the dealership for the back and forth to talk over the price I received the song and dance about my car which was in excellent condition on paper clean Carfax, listened to the Sales Manager’s dance over reconditioning and how that was responsibility to pay for that. I walked out. Later, exhausted with the car buying experience and weakened I gave Will Beauchemin a call and decided to wrap it up and finish out with the car. This also happened to be my big mistake, since I had walked out earlier; I had never discussed monthly payments. Will Beauchemin, asked me where I wanted to be instead telling me where the payments really were (if you’re looking for an honest Salesman don’t look at Cherry Hill Triplex.) Needless to say I was willing to be at higher monthly payment than where the dealership actually had my monthly payment setup at, I discovered this in Financing. This Salesman certainly has made me feel abused, and the idea that dealership observed this and supported the ideals does not rest easy either. A few notables worth mentioning, I made an appointment days in advanced for this delivery and expected that the car should be ready to go for me, Will neglected to do this, when I arrived he took the car to detail to then have it washed, they didn’t even dry it. Just threw it on the lot and said here you go, in fact I’m still peeling plastic from corners of the interior which I thought was supposed to be removed. Apparently, the dealership only puts $25.00 worth of Gasoline in the car, which it has always been customary at least with all the other new cars I’ve owned to receive a Full tank of gas. The other thing that bothered me and this had more to do with product knowledge, I had asked Will if this vehicle was equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity (as I was waiting to go into Finance) and he said “uh-huh!” which I told my son and he was really excited, then I did some research on Uconnect and Wi-Fi is not available to this model. Don’t get me wrong I love the car, the Brand the Dodge Dart GT is a great vehicle. I regret where I bought it, I should have bought somewhere else. More
My breakdown of the dealership is as follows, - not the nicest place, hard to find parking, an the inventory is adaquated, they have another lot but you never see it. Inside is plain, with no computers for nicest place, hard to find parking, an the inventory is adaquated, they have another lot but you never see it. Inside is plain, with no computers for inventory search at desks. The salesman I spoke with, Tim Fitzpatrick was straight with me, I told him exactly what I wanted, do all your info homework before, we test drove, went over features and price. He was very understanding and did his best to satisfy my purchase. I went when it wasn't busy and still took approx 4-5 hours, so expect this. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, can say that Tim enhanced the experience and is the reason for my review. More
Michael was very kind and helpful and tried to get me the best deal possible. He even contacted me after my purchase to make sure everything was going well with my new car. Very unprofessional dealership - tell you what you want to hear to get you down there and then pull the bait and switch, while being inconsiderate of your time. Truly amateurs in interacting with informed to hear to get you down there and then pull the bait and switch, while being inconsiderate of your time. Truly amateurs in interacting with informed consumers. After being assured on the phone by Internet sales manager that the car I was interested in was on site at the approximate price we agreed on, drove an hour to the Cherry Hill Jeep Chrysler dealership. Upon my arrival, I could see they were ill prepared; the vehicle was nowhere near the lot, and the effort by the sales person was apathetic when he realized he might need to exert some effort. Similarly, the price he conveyed for the GC was much higher than what I was told on the phone. He did not react well when I advised him his "range" was much higher than what was verbally communicated. I would strongly advise against this dealership unless you have time and money to waste. More
