Great experience sorry took so long Tim Just thought I would write a quick review I promised him I would a few months back and honestly forgot all about it. I have bought 2 vehicles from Tim Just thought I would write a quick review I promised him I would a few months back and honestly forgot all about it. I have bought 2 vehicles from Tim Fitzpatrick, and when I tell you this kid is the most professional down to earth (NOT YOUR TYPICAL SALESMAN) salesman I have ever met it's true. My first experience was at cherry hill Kia and I bought a Toyota Camry. I'm sure he made a few extra dollars than maybe I should have paid but that's just it I didn't mind because it was the funnest car buying experience I have ever had. I was extremely uncomfortable when first walking in the place and I later found out he could tell. I think we talked about everything except the car I was there to see. After seeing the vehicle and test driving it I really liked it and it was time to get into the numbers. At this point I was very comfortable with him but I was waiting for the man behind the curtains to come out and go through that process. He explained that there would be no other manager or person that would be involved it was just me and him and cherry hill triplex I want to say that is an awesome idea and first I have ever experienced. I negotiated a few things and my main argument was to lower the price $1000 as I had seen an advertisement at another dealership for a similar Camry that was cheaper. What he said next was true and surprising he was that honest. he said sure you could probably get the Camry for that if you absolutely need me to drop the price there, but can I ask you a question I said sure. He asked if he treated me good? I said yes. He than asked if we found the vehicle that met all my needs I answered yes. He than asked do you think I'm entitled to make a decent profit?, not where you get hurt but not where I make no money either?. I said sure you deserve that. He looked me in the eyes and told me Joe at the numbers were at I make $300 the dealership makes $700. I believed him and weather he did or not the experience was so good it wouldnt have mattered. The reason I wrote this long message was in case other salesman are reading this take lessons. I have passed on plenty of deals because of the way I was treated and I never would pay more for a vehicle I could get cheaper elsewhere but I did because he earned it and was very honest with me throughout the entire process. Long story short the 2nd vehicle was bought at dodge and almost ready for our 3rd. No doubt about it I will be asking for you Tim Hope all is well for you and your career and I'm not just saying this because it's a review for you i mean it you were the best salesman I have ever dealt with P.S. {This helps me on my next deal right? ;). } More
These people have no reguards for your time My purchase experience was nothing short of terrible. The first mistake was going on the last day of the month. The rest is just ridiculous. We My purchase experience was nothing short of terrible. The first mistake was going on the last day of the month. The rest is just ridiculous. We test drove the vehicle from another one of their lots back to the lot we visited. When we got out, I noticed a very strong smell of antifreeze. When I told the salesman, he told me that antifreeze is odorless and colorless! I must look really stupid!!!! After much insisting, we popped the hood and found that the radiator cap was loose and antifreeze had sprayed all over the engine. I told him that I wanted it topped off and the engine cleaned. He said no problem. The next problem was the third row seats. One side would not lay all the way flat like it was supposed to. Again he said no problem. Then came the price haggling. I was trying to decide between two of the vans and I was actually double teamed at one point! I guess my salesman felt like he wasn't getting where he wanted to be by himself. I finally decided on one of them. Even with these issues and the fact that it was now after 9pm and there was no one to fill it with gas (it was on less than quarter of a tank), I had no floor mats, and the remotes were not programed, he insisted that I drive it home and come back in the morning with my other vehicle's title and my down payment. He even started moving stuff into the new vehicle from my old one before I did. I reluctantly took the new vehicle with all the issues home after being there for 5 hours. I was exhausted, hungry and just wanted to go home. On the way back the next morning, an alert came on that my back blinker was out. So with my updated to-do list, I proceeded back to the dealership. I arrived around 11:15am. My salesperson was not working until 1pm that day but he said to call him and he would meet me there. I called but he never arrived before 1pm. I spoke with a sales manager and informed him of my issues and I was directed to service. The vehicle was supposedly taken into the detailing department to have the engine cleaned and the service department was told to put a new bulb in the blinker. I finished all the paperwork and went to find out what was done. After walking all around and talking to different salesmen, who of course did not want to help me figure this out since they didn't make any money off of this deal, I figured out that they supposedly cleaned the engine and tightened the "loose" blinker bulb. It did have gas in it and one of the salesman went and found the floor mats for me. The engine did not look clean, they did not fill the antifreeze, and no one looked at the third row seat. Finally it was a little after 1pm and my salesman arrived. My remotes were programmed and someone from service came out to the parking lot and put antifreeze in it. I was told that the engine would be cleaned again since there was still antifreeze all over it. Someone also looked at the third row seat and I was told it would not be a quick fix so I could leave and make an appointment to come back in and get it looked at. I absolutely refused to go off the lot with a brand new 2014 vehicle, with less that 100 miles on it, again still having problems. I was given a rental and was told that the engine and third row seat issues would be taken care of. I didn't leave until almost 3pm! I missed an appointment I had at 130pm and had to call a friend to pick up my children from school at 3pm! Even though I told everyone I came in contact with that I had obligations and could not spend all day there, they had NO consideration for my time AT ALL!! Later that evening, my salesman called and said everything was fixed and he would have it freshly detailed and I could come get it. I chose to go all the way (approx. 30 minutes) back that evening because the next day I had to work. So when I got there and it is nicely cleaned on the outside and the third row seat was fixed. I went to pull out of the dealership and again the information screen read an alert that my blinker light is out. So I pulled back in to the dealership and again left with the rental because, of course, service was gone for the day! The next day, after work I drove to the dealership and the bulb had been replaced. It seemed all was right and I finally left with my new vehicle, only 3 days after I purchased it!!! Now almost 3 weeks later, I can still smell burnt on antifreeze! They never cleaned the engine correctly. I had to take it to a friend who details vehicles and have the engine cleaned properly. I love my new van but I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX EVER AGAIN!!!!! They obviously care nothing about their customer's time. They told me they were a "volume dealership" and that should have been a warning. They just need to move product!! And not even a free tank of gas (which was promised to me by my salesman) could make me give them all 10s on any survey!! More
Tried many times to fix problem with no success! I would NOT recommend this dealership! I have been given the 'run around' with the employees since day one! The sales representative that I worked wit I would NOT recommend this dealership! I have been given the 'run around' with the employees since day one! The sales representative that I worked with - Giovanni, used many bait and switch tactics such as telling me the car payment was one price (what I could afford) and than after the sale was done it was a completely different, and much higher price (one that I could NOT afford). He told me the vehicle I had come in to see (almost an hour drive!) was gone even though I called an hour before and they said it was there, and he made promises he could not keep. So now here comes Bryan Lasater. I had to go through Bryan after many failed attempts to get service because the paint on my vehicle started bubbling up after a week of use, he seemed to have wanted to help and even ordered my floor mats that Giovanni could not produce (one of his promises). But after weeks of trying to get the paint settled he no longer answered my emails or claimed to be in a meeting. This of course was after I found out that I paid double of what I wanted to after being promised the car was still under full warranty - WHICH SUCH WARRANTY NEVER EXISTED! Legal action is now being taken for fraud since Bryan was not able to resolve any issues but the missing floor mats. Do not waste your time with this dealership! More
I had an appointment Saturday to look for a new car at 11:45am, I arrived a few minutes early and was helped immediately. By my appointment time I had been introduced to Julie and 15 minutes later after d 11:45am, I arrived a few minutes early and was helped immediately. By my appointment time I had been introduced to Julie and 15 minutes later after discussing my price range and what I was looking for, I was test driving the Jeep I ended up buying. Julie was great, no pressure, very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her immediately - which isn't always common when car shopping. Julie worked with me and her manager to get a price I was happy with and I drove off the lot Saturday with my new Jeep Patriot that I LOVE. I've bought four cars and this was by far the most pleasant experience. Thanks Julie! More

I got a 2013 dodge avenger black top with 16,000+ miles for 17,000.. The car drove great and is very stylish and also came with black rims and goodyear barely used tires. It started to snow after my mom purchased the vehicle and we did not skid or slip on the highway at all. Also, it was great on gas and she even called the next day to see if we had made it home..Thanks Julie and you too Hector even though the directions that you gave us to go back was confusing. Julie was very nice and professional. I would definitely do business with her again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. If I had one complaint it would be the length of time it took to get the deal com do business with her again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. If I had one complaint it would be the length of time it took to get the deal complete from start to finish....I arrived at 10:30 am and wasn't on my way until 5:30pm, but that was out of Julie's hands, it was an extremely busy day and it seemed maybe management was dragging their feet in terms of completing the transaction.
