Professional, Knowledgeable, Customer Focused I was greeted upon arrival and introduced immediately to a sales person. Steve Kearns was my salesperson. Super friendly person. He made me feel comfortable and more importantly like I was in the right place to make my car purchase. Steve listened well to the exact car specs I wished for, took the time to show me similar models just to ensure my understanding of what the SUV was all about. After Steve showed me the similar vehicle and I confirmed this is the SUV I wanted. From there Steve search inventory for the color and options I wished for and found the SUV for me. Negotiation of price and lease was simple. I feel like the deal was fair. The finance portion with Ernie was equally as smooth and friendly. While I was finishing paperwork, Steve took the time to walk my wife through through the entire SUV - touch on every bell and whistle. I would strongly recommend the Dealership and Steve to family and friends. Steve has earned a lifelong customer in me. More

Lost 15 truck sale Terrible follow up I went to this dealership to talk to the commercial sales department. The man that created up got pissy when I asked and the pointed me to a desk and I went to this dealership to talk to the commercial sales department. The man that created up got pissy when I asked and the pointed me to a desk and said ask her for someone I don't remember his name) so I did she proceeds to call the guy and says he's not at his desk. We left him a business card with our name and cell number. We go out and look through the lot for a moment thinking someone would come up. Nothing. So we left and gave them a full 24 hour to call back. They didn't so they just lost out on a order for 15 new pro master vans we decided to go to Ford and see if they want our business. More
