Offers were fair and my understanding of the deal were very clear. Joe (finance manager) finalized my deal and went through the time and effort to explain each paper that I signed and made it clear what my auto loan entailed. The staff all around were very friendly and welcoming. I also got to meet and talk to Adam (service supervisor) who complimented me on my new car which was very nice - he was helpful and friendly and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. I took my companies new pro-master in to get serviced due to I just wanted to say how please I am with the customer that I received from John Preite. I took my companies new pro-master in to get serviced due to the check engine light being on. He explained it would need a part and to bring it back in. The warranty service was excellent on this. We decided to leave it until the part arrived. He was able to find a ride for me back to the office. He also when the vehicle was done was able to have someone drop the vehicle back off to the office for us so we did not have to go out of our way. He went out of his way to get the part overnight ed and installed with a quick turn around time. Every time we have an issue we ask for John and he is able to get the job done without no questions asked! More

Not only did he spend over 4 hours with my indecisive self, his smile never left his face and I got everything I wanted and more.
