The fixes were reboot,update, and finialy radio replacement . Ever since they touched our Jeep the 9 amplified speakers and sub woofer do not function. They said they have done all they can and to call Chrysler that call was also a waste . I wish I had never purchased a car from this site . I have purchased 2 other cars from them in the past but that did not matter. Again be careful be careful be careful. More

False Advertising Never will I deal with your dealership again. I did not drive an hour to your dealership to see a car only to be told AFTER you knew for a week, tha Never will I deal with your dealership again. Just bought a 2016 Jeep and had it in for service 25 days later because it wasn't working correctly. I was told that everything is fine and that is just how it is by multiple people. That is the craziest thing I've ever heard in my life. If every other jeep doesn't do what mine is doing than how is this normal? I left it there over night and had to put up with the inconvenience of getting a rental. The next day I was told that they did absolutely nothing to my jeep and wanted me to pay for diagnostics. The second I got into my jeep after basically being laughed at and told that I was wrong it continued to do the exact same thing. The managers never came out to talk to me and fix the situation and the customer service kids were extremely disrespectful. I sincerely regret buying my first jeep at Cherry Hill Dodge Jeep and Ram. They are nothing but rude and disrespectful and the only thing they have in mind is let me sell this car. I have not made a payment on my car yet and ultimately do not even want the jeep anymore. I will be going elsewhere to see what I can do to prevent myself from ever being disrespected like that again. More

And I was told that as bad as those brakes were, didn't I hear how bad they were? I didn't have a clue. Car was operating perfectly. Service writer said I needed the brakes and was to dangerous to drive as it was. I got a quote. After some offer to price match another agency I had called, they rescinded the offer cause they said they had to get the rotors from the other agency I called, and it would cost a lot more. that is more than the match price quote. I recently went to that other agency for a battery issue. They looked at the brakes, and said they were worn but not as tragically bad as Cherry Hill Dodge people said.. And there was no problem turning the rotors. The whole job was way way less than what Cherry Hill Dodge was thinking of charging. They never did make good on the oil change over charges on that same day. More
SCAM!!! / Bait and Switch!!! Called Cherry Hill Dodge to confirm two deals they were offering on their site were correct and was told they were. Called again to confirm the exact cars were on the lot before leaving my house, once again I was told they were and would be waiting for me. Once I got there, after driving over an hour, I was told they were on a second lot. We were given a ride to the second light in a much lesser version of the same model, a Journey, only to be told they could not find the cars. When we got back to the main dealership we were told they sold both cars earlier that day and just forgot apparently. I left quite frustrated and within 10 minutes they called back and said they had “found” one of these vehicles and if we came back they would give a “better” deal that was posted on the Cherry Hill Dodge Website to make up for our inconvenience, remember this price was $20,500. When they came back with the “better” deal it was now $24,000. I reminded them, actually showed them the post on the site for that exact vehicle for the $20,500. I then got to meet the manager, this was the 3rd person who introduced themselves as the manager but this one was so full of it I had to finally realize this organization is just sleazy. Do yourself a favor and do not believe anything on the Cherry Hill Dodge Website, they are not an honest company. More

Via text, I was told to ask for Jose or Dan when I got there. Dan immediately introduced me to Jerry Cronk who really took the time to work out everything I needed. When the payments came back higher than I wanted, he suggested leasing a vehicle which is something I would never have thought of because I do a lot of driving. He assured me that everything would be ok, and we went ahead with the lease. I could not be happier to be back in a Wrangler, and it was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a Jeep.
