MAGICAL I was in bad situation with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was in a 4 year lease and only a year in looking to get out of it because I was paying way too muc I was in bad situation with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was in a 4 year lease and only a year in looking to get out of it because I was paying way too much ($452/month) and wasn't too happy with the car. My goal was to trade in my Jeep and get a Dodge Charger with a way cheaper payment of less than $400. After going to dealership after dealership, nobody was able to help me out and told me I need a "magician" to get me where I wanted to be. A couple days after my visit at this location, I recieved a phone call from MICHAEL who seemed very postivive and asked me to come back in. All in all, with Mike being so proactive and doing research and with the help of JOE RIZZI and the constant follow up from sales manager DEREK, they worked a deal with me to lease a 2017 Charger SXT over 4 years for a payment of $395/month. I was EXTREMELY happy with the help of all 3 of these guys. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out. They will work with you and get you into something you want and make sure you leave happy. THANK YOU MIKE, JOE AND DEREK FOR HELPING ME OUT! More

Poor Customer response On April 16, 2017 I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram Big Horn from this dealership. I had search for several months for the truck I wanted and found it at this On April 16, 2017 I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram Big Horn from this dealership. I had search for several months for the truck I wanted and found it at this dealership. I live in Philly and traveled to Jersey to by this car. I was treated very well while at the dealership by my salesperson and the sales manager Dan DiLeo. I thought to myself great I have found a good dealership. I returned a couple of days later with my check and even bought the step rails from them with the help of Dan Dileo. This is where the positive experience ended. I had out of state tags so I had a temp tag that was supposed to be taken care of in 2 weeks that didn't happen. I tried to get in touch with the person in charge of that and was advised that she was not in and after several days of calling back I traveled to the dealership from Philly. I was told to wait and see what could be done and after an hour of sitting around, I was told by Mr DiLeo who tried to help, that it would be handled by someone else. I am a Phila. Firefighter and had worked the night before. I finally asked who the tag dealer was in Philly and went there and it was handled in 20 minutes. I then had a problem with the lease company of the car I traded in and again after several calls to the finance manager, who never called me back I again handled it myself and rectified the problem. I have dealt with dozens of car dealerships and have good relationships with a specific Honda dealership but I thought that I had found the truck I wanted and would go outside of my comfort zone BAD MOVE. This dealership had the worse customer service I have ever had, aside fro Mr. Dan Dileo. This is on of Police and Fire Credit Union's Preferred Dealerships. I have lodged a complaint with the credit union and have advised the Firefighter unions in the area about the bad service. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 2 in Customer Service. I will never use or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Worst dealership experience I have ever encountered. First, the sales persons do not know anything about the vehicles they sell. Its all about looking cool, rather then functionality. I asked specific questions about the features on Jeep Wrangler Rubicons and the sales representative Chris Rowe could not answer any. The vehicles I looked at had obvious rust on the under carriage and skid plates from scrapping over rocks or curbs, and I was told this was normal wear and tear but was promised an undercoating that I never received. At the time of purchase, their finance office argued with me that I could not leave with the vehicles unless I used their financing, despite having cash for the vehicle on hand. Finally, after purchasing a vehicle due to my own research and accepting that it would require my own time and energy to clean up and protect, I have had non-stop problems with receiving the title as an out of state active duty military member. I called for nine days to the title department before finally getting anyone to answer, and having left 4-5 messages that were never returned, I find out that the title documents reached the title clerk's desk on 11 MAY for a sale that occurred on 29 APR. The excuse was a signature on the title of my trade in, which legal offices have informed me should in no way affect the title of the purchased vehicle. I informed them my temporary tags are expiring and I was told "well don't drive the vehicle until you get the new tags." They don't care that as a service member I will be arrested if I drive with expired registration through any military installation check point, and as a bachelor I have only one vehicle. I had to call Washington State's Senate Office to receive assistance on getting a 60 day temporary registration, as the dealership said to expect my new registration and title in 12 days. Do not purchase from this dealer or any Foulke Management Corp. dealerships. Find anywhere else no matter the deal offered. More
