Rip-Off Stay Away . . . Far Away!! These guys make used car salesmen look honest!!! If you are reading this review before looking for a car . . . DON'T GO Stay Away . . . Far Away!! These guys make used car salesmen look honest!!! If you are reading this review before looking for a car . . . DON'T GO!!! One star is too much, they deserve a NEGATIVE star!! I wish I had read the many, many negative reviews before my experience. Cherry Hill Triplex obviously has a pattern of strong-arm, sleazy, unethical sales practices. Don't believe their friendly commercials . . . they are NOT FRIENDLY after the have your $$$. I came in for a special that I saw advertised on Jeep's corporate site. The salesman and sales manager yelled at each other, at times cursing, and twisted my arm to fill out a credit app to see if I would qualify. The sales manager and salesman created a very intimidating environment. The sales manager even apologized to me multiple times for his language and threats to the salesman. Then the salesman told me that they would only run the credit app with a $1,000 deposit if I was "serious" and that was the only way to hold the special Jeep pricing. So, I let them put $1,000 on my credit card. I should have known better at that moment! (There were many other annoying issues, but I don’t want this post to be way too long!) A couple of days later I left a voice mail for the sales rep letting him know that I wanted a refund of my deposit. He did not call me back, so a couple of days later I again left a voice mail for the sales rep. Then he calls me back repeatedly and leaves me messages that I need to call right away. When I finally get him, I told him that I bought elsewhere and wanted my $1,000 refunded. He told me that I couldn't do that and would have to talk to a new sales manager Ed . . . but that Ed would not talk to me over the phone and that I would have to come in person. Difficult since I work late during the week, so I went yesterday on Saturday. Sure enough, Ed was rude and obnoxious and badgered me and would not return my $1,000 telling me how hard they worked for it. Haha. Then when I said I was not leaving without the $1,000 credit, Ed threatened to call the police. When I said call them, Ed proceeded to add to the threat and tell me that the police buy all of their cars from him and they gladly help him when needed. (Sounds like this is a regular business practice!) Bottom line is that rather than keep an open relationship for the next time I purchase a vehicle and refund my $1,000, they have caused me to tell everyone I know about their . . . underhanded, strong-arm, sleazy business tactics and their zero integrity! Funny thing is that I have 6 Dodge Caravans coming off-lease at my business in 5 months. Their loss. Buy elsewhere. Plenty of reputable dealers out there. More

After being treated poorly at a few other dealerships, I began to question why I do this to myself every few years lol. My anxiety was high when we pulled up to the dealership. Jerry made us instantly feel at ease. His customer service skills are top notch! He took the time to show us cars within our budget, tell us everything about them and try to get us the best deal. He spoke to us, joked with us and even quizzed us on some car stuff lol. We were there for a few hours, and he never got frustrated with us or acted like we were wasting his time (like the other dealerships made us feel). We didn't feel pressured at all. He took us to their second lot, and found the perfect suv for me with everything I wanted! Love my new Dodge Durango! Thank you! Just remember, people are always loud when they are upset, but quiet when they are happy. For every 1 unhappy customer, there are 5 happy ones who didn't take the time to write a review. Ask for Jerry, you won't be disappointed! More

They were My dealing with Joshua Rodriguez my salesman and his Sales Mang. Ed Martins was phenomenal, could not ask for 2 better people to deal with. They were knowleable, courteous, and understanding to my situation. Not having steller credit, I knew it would present a problem, but Joshua and Ed assured me that they would do everything they could to help. Ed was able to put together a deal that I was comfortable with, we shook hands and I promised to come back for the paper work. When I returned for the financing part, things were completely different. The price agreed on with Ed was no longer in place and monthly payments went up. Josh and Ed were off that day and having nobody there that I felt I could trust and having anixety disorder condition that was causing panic on my part I signed the papers for the higher price and left very frustrated. Also needed to take off from work that night because of the anixety. Best advice I can give is if you are using this dealership make sure you deal with Joshua and Ed in my opinion they will be fair and work with you, but be extremely careful with the financing part of it. Not Satisfied Please read this and take my advice if your considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. Absolutey the worst experience I have ever had with a d Please read this and take my advice if your considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. Absolutey the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. If negative stars was a option that's what this place deserves. As you can see from all the other peoples reviews that have delt with them. So first things first I was in the market for a new 2017 Jeep Renegade Deserthawk. I was so excited, but then I walked into Cherry Hill Jeep. I was met by a sales associate when after speaking to for a few minutes brought up the exact vehicle I wanted but the vehicle had electrical issues and battery problems. This vehicle had less than 20 miles on it. Really? So ok I asked to see one that didn't have any electrical issues. He brought me one and I was fairly satisfied as this one seemed to be in working condition... or so I thought. After some negotiation we were at 15,000 for my trade in. The salesman offered that if I could put down more cash that he would give me 17,000 for the trade. Fair deal so I said ok. Well turns out they only gave me the original offer of 15,000. That's not even the worst part. So after spending 6 hours in the dealership I drive off the lot only to have smoke pouring out and my coolant tempature light going off. So i immediately turn the vehicle off and go right back to the dealer where I'm told I just need some coolant. Well that was not the case. Apparently the dealer only has sales staff working on Memorial Day, no service staff. So they call someone in who isn't even working and I'm sure he didn't get paid. This mechanic was the only good part of this review. He was outstanding to come in and look at it and probably not get paid. He was very knowledgeable and told me the hose from the coolant to the engine was missing a clip to hold the hose in place. So they take it off another renegade that was for sale cause the parts department was closed. So after having to call out of work cause I was stuck at this dealership I was finally on my way. After all that they offer me 3 free car wash tickets to the place down the street. That was nice cause they did a horrible job detailing it anyway. The next day I came back to have it all put in writing. Since service was actually open now they offered to look it over. They did so and told me there was a recall and it needed to be fixed. Brand new vehicle but already has a recall. So once again I'm stuck there for another 5 hours while they attempt to repair the recall. They tell me the snap for the sun roof broke so they once again take the part off another renegade in the sales lot. They finally finish and I'm on my way again. Then three days later I check the coolant levels and I'm low...again. Then the next day they call and say my registration is ready for pickup. Well guess what the address is completely spelt wrong and isn't even close to my actual address. At this point I'm not even surprised. The people who work here do not care about their jobs. They just want the pay check. So now it's a week later and I'm still leaking coolant and have no idea where to even turn. I wanna return this vehicle and forget about the whole thing but I can't. I'm stuck with nothing but getting ripped off and a huge headache. But hey at least I got those 3 free car wash tickets to a place that I would have to drive a hour to get there. More
Absolutely horrible When I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 300 I expected that all factory recalls would be taken care of prior to my purchase. After all, I was buying a Chrys When I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 300 I expected that all factory recalls would be taken care of prior to my purchase. After all, I was buying a Chrysler product from a Chrysler dealer. How wrong was I? About three months into my ownership of this rat trap I headed south on a business trip to Florida. While visiting several sites in the Sunshine State the car died as I was driving it. I have AAA so I had this beast towed to a local Florida dealership. The service department told me I needed an alternator and did I purchase any warranty with the car. I did and gave them the info. The repair was over $1,000 and after insurance I paid a few dollars over $100. When I returned home I mentioned this ordeal to a friend. THEN I learned that there was a factory recall on the alternator for, you guessed it, the alternator would die while in use without warning. That recall was in 2014. So the just over $100, the just over $900, the extra two hotel days, the missed and rescheduled appointments, the extra meals on the road were all due to a factory recall that either failed because the same thing happened or wasn't done at all. Now I think Cherry Hill Dodge caused this problem. They have failed at other factory recalls on this same vehicle. I also think the dealership in Florida should have told me about the recall. To have two dealers handle the same issue the same way tells me Chrysler has the dealers see if customers have private warranty insurance before they take responsibility for their faulty products. Give me a break! Buy Ford or Chevy. Steer clear of this brand and the shady dealers that represent them! More
