While discussing price with the internet guys wanting to make sure we were in the same ball park with my trade (80 mile drive) and was assured they will make it work, "it's the end of the month." So I drove the 80 mile with both sets of keys and my title only to find out we are $4500 apart. Additionally, no customer parking; you are supposed to find any spot in the lot, then you have to walk past all the smoking employees to get in the building. More

Upon getting to the dealership (in the pouring rain) Jerry Cronk came out and greeted me. From the beginning of our conversation he was honest. In explaining our situation, I also explained that I did not need to leave with a car, as I could wait. We discussed finances, etc, and decided that we would at least run the numbers. I was very clear on what I wanted for monthly payments. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and then we got right to work. Through the entire process he kept me informed of what was happening. I also drove away in the exact Cherokee I went to look at. I had a great experience with Jerry, not only was he honest but, he was very easy to work with and made the buying experience stress free and enjoyable.
