the wrost I bought a car on Saturday 9/2/17 a dodge grand caravan it had 25 miles on it when we drove it off the lot. I drove it to work on Monday and Tuesday I I bought a car on Saturday 9/2/17 a dodge grand caravan it had 25 miles on it when we drove it off the lot. I drove it to work on Monday and Tuesday I went to pick my wife up from work and all the lights on the dash were flickering and the car just shut off. I called the dealership 3x and was transferred no one picked up and I was hung up on one time. Finally someone answered and I was told to call road side assistance for a tow. I waited close to 2 hours for the tow truck and then was told I had to pay the driver 20.00 for the bridge. I got the car towed and called there the next morning checking on the car and had to ask for a rental I wasn't even offered one, I was then told I would have to put the 50.00 deposit on my credit card for the rental and I had to pay the taxes, I had to do this because we need a car. I was told the problem with my car was the electrical system and they would replace it. They replaced the problem and went to park the car and put the emergency brake and they seen that was also broken and not working.. That is 2 problems on a brand new car and extra money put of my pocket. Who know s what else is wrong with the car, I should be offered a new one. I didn't even get to look at the inventory I was just shown this 1 minivan looks like you wanted to get their problem off their hands. I cant wait until I can trade this in it was the worst mistake I ever made! Definitely going back to Toyota from no on! More

Called the dealership was transferred 3x and hung up on once. Finally get some one and are told to call road side service for a tow waited over an hour and then told we would have to pay the driver 20.00 for the bridge toll.. we called the next day for a status on the car we were never offered a rental we had to ask. So a brand new car 25 miles and we had it for 2 days and 2 problems and more money out of my pocket.. who knows what will go wrong next the car is obviously a problem and I should be offered a new one. I'm am beyond pissed and will never shop dodge again as soon as I can I will be trading this in and going back to Toyota! More

We walked in with financing from Chrysler Capital, we had priced out everything and knew exactly what the total SHOULD be. However, this particular dealership added on pinstripes, door protectors and wheel locks at a grand total of $1,000 additional. I had them all removed before purchase (dealer option) but we were still charged for this. When we got down to the numbers, they continuously pushed US Bank. Trouble is, with US bank you don't get good service and you don't get the lease cash back. After a while, we were frustrated and relented because we wanted to get out of there. As it happens, they put my name as the primary signer and my husband as the secondary signer, which is backwards and they blame it on US bank but we never wanted that institution anyway and we said as much. Seems that nobody can fix that, and that's problematic. We put an additional amount down on the lease and it seems to be quite impossible to trade out of this vehicle into a similar one to redo all the paperwork. Overall we're extremely dissatisfied with the deception, rudeness, and lack of customer service provided by this dealership. More
