Liars and will take advantage DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP- LIARS!!! I leased a 2017 wrangler for the 1st time 9/25/17 and was so excited. I traded in my Ford Escape that had a vip DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP- LIARS!!! I leased a 2017 wrangler for the 1st time 9/25/17 and was so excited. I traded in my Ford Escape that had a viper remote start/security system in it worth close to $500. I asked if I was able to take it out and they had replied no since it was already looked over and they did not want anything to happen during the removal of it. I asked the sales man Dan Peters if they were to keep it, how would they compensate me for it. He told me he would enroll me in the jeep wave program that costs them money but I get all these benefits. I agreed and left that day with my Jeep. Later that week, the Jeep wave program calls me to go over everything. I asked the rep if it in facts costs the dealership $ to enroll customers. She said "No, everyone is entitled to this program when you purchase a Jeep" He totally took advantage of me not knowing anything and gave me NOTHING in return at all. He flat out LIED. I have reached out to the GM of the dealership and he failed to bother to call back. I spoke several times with one of the sales managers, Ed, and he fails to call back as he promises. Nothing has been done. If this is "how they treat family" as stated as their logo- its awful! They have lost trust in them and it was an awful experience for a jeep I have waited 10 years to get. Its sad that a corporation has such a bad business model and swindles their customers. I was not compensated, nothing at all was offered to me. They wanted me to PAY THEM to take out the starter. Since they now own that car- I am not going to risk it god forbid something goes wrong when they take it out and furthermore PAY WHEN THEY OWE ME! I am more then likely to follow up with a letter to Charles Foulke and the Foulke group. More
Terrible dealership I was passed off from me salesman to another. After they said they would not do more than one hard inquiry to my credit I soon noticed about five. To add to this terrible experience I only received one key to my car and it is going to costs me over $300.00 to get a new on made. Then when I brought the car back because of screeching breaks they said this is normal and sent me on my way. The only person that seemed to help me a bit was joe. More
