We didn't buy a car but we had a great experience At the dealership we work with both Shane and Jose. Both of them took the time to ask us questions to find out what we needed and what we were looking At the dealership we work with both Shane and Jose. Both of them took the time to ask us questions to find out what we needed and what we were looking for. They gave us great insight into our situation and guidance as to the best way to get the car that we wanted. Never once did we feel pressured by them. They also never tried to sell us something that we didn't want just so they could get the sale. I hope to be able to go back to them when we finally do by our next car. More
Dishonesty from day one Before I purchased my used Dodge Dart for my son they showed me their version of a CarFax report. Of course their version didn’t show an estimated val Before I purchased my used Dodge Dart for my son they showed me their version of a CarFax report. Of course their version didn’t show an estimated value of the car. They were dishonest about it’s value all along...not the way to do good business in Cherry Hill. It got worse they asked me to sign several papers at the table. One was a paper saying that there was no check engine light on when I took the car off the lot. Less than 400 mi. and one month later, an oil pressure sensor light showed up. They must’ve cleared the codes before they sold it to me. Bad business but everyone has a boss. My next letter is to Chrysler and then another to Jeep so they know how their good names are being besmirched..! More

He worked every angle that he could to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and his genuine care for his clients is evident. I was less than impressed with the dealership as a whole but would recommend Jerry specifically to anyone searching for a new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product! More

Tired of being played This is the last time I will get screwed by this dealership. I own three jeeps and recently sold a fourth. The one I sold had a clutch issue two years This is the last time I will get screwed by this dealership. I own three jeeps and recently sold a fourth. The one I sold had a clutch issue two years ago and I had it towed to the turnersville location where they tried to tell me that it needed an entire new manual gear box in addition to the clutch total about $6k. I got it back went elsewhere and got the clutch replaced only for less than $1k and drove it for two more years until I sold it recently ( performing great) and bought a new wrangler. Today I picked up one of my other wranglers that had a starting issue supposedly fixed by this dealership (Cherry Hill) several months ago at great expense that was having the same issue again. The dealership had it a week , said they could not duplicate the issue and so should pick up. I went today to pick up and drive to see if I could duplicate the issue myself over the next week or so. I was not expecting a $143 charge for doing nothing more than checking on an issue they were paid several hundred dollars to fix only a few months ago. If this is customer service then I need to find another place to have my jeeps serviced as it seems to me that this dealership just grabs any money they can hoodwink people into paying with no care for regular customers and in this case someone who only drives jeeps and has several. Time to look elsewhere More
