Dealer fails to respond after purchase I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Cherry Hill Jeep. The sales experience was okay. I had a warranty question and left voice mails with their fin I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Cherry Hill Jeep. The sales experience was okay. I had a warranty question and left voice mails with their finance department. After no response, I tried the online chat. Again, nothing. So, I tried the form on their website. Still no reply. I've left 5 voice mails in 5 weeks, emailed them 5 times and have been on online chat at least 8 times with guarantees of follow ups and call backs. Personally, I would stay away from this dealership. The only person that seemed helpful at all was the sales manager Jose. Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I rarely write reviews but people need to be warned. More

They let us take our time and find the right car. Jayson Rodriguez was excellent, he knew that we need time to think and look at several cars. He allowed us to go back to the cars multiple times so that we could make the right decision. He went over all the features in the car and was very pleasant to deal with since me and my husband are not into pushy sales people. We left several dealership prior to this one because of sale teams being pushy and trying to force a fast sale. He didn't show us car that were weren't interested in and he didn't push a used car like other dealerships. He let us take our time and pick the car that was right for our family. More
