HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They are terrible and not helpful what so ever. Jordan the salesman was not helpful in trying to resolve anything once he sold a car to me. Devon in service promised things he never followed through with. This dealership is great at making a deal then screwing you over with bait and switch tactics. More

Does not stand behind what the say/ DONT PURCHASE HERE I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and dealt with Jordan. I didn’t realize the bait and switch tactics in which this dealership use I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and dealt with Jordan. I didn’t realize the bait and switch tactics in which this dealership uses. I was promised on the we owe that it would all be fixed, yet now they are going around what they wrote and not following through. Although item is as-is that means as is advertised and many of the options offered on the paperwork saying it has did not come with it. To fix this car and make things right would cost them around a $200 part, yet per Jordan he says they said no and wont do anymore to make it right. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Many of the employees attacked me via a facebook post when speaking about this issue which is totally not professional. No one will ever return the call. The windshield they replaced they scrapped the inspection sticker off original and onto new so its not able to be read and they refuse to make that right also. This dealership is not trustworthy and very sneaky. I thought when speaking with Jordan and Devon they would make things right, I also spoke with multiple managers who seemed to not understand the issue. Please if you do anything research this dealership fully, do not go here. I wish I was made aware prior! More

Scam artists My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee passenger headlight failed and I was able to get it replaced. Now the problem is they gave me a different color headlight to replace it and they told me I have to pay to make the headlights match. How is this today’s customer service? One is blue and one is yellow!! thank god we bought our car from Carmax because they replaced it all but the crazy part is the Jeep dealership called carmax to yell at them because they did this for us. They said replacing the headlight for us was wrong. This is Jeep customer service. More

This place is full of scam artists! My girlfried was offered an oppurtunity to trade in her leased vehicle. It was sneaky how they "snuck" it in her monthly payments. The salesman was Harlin Morris. We tried to address the issue to management but the Manager Rick, was arrogant and rude and refused to help us! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Saved by the girl I first came here looking at a preowned mustang. The first salesman I worked with (Alex) was the worst salesman I have ever encountered. He was useles I first came here looking at a preowned mustang. The first salesman I worked with (Alex) was the worst salesman I have ever encountered. He was useless and I basically sold myself the car. When it came down to numbers they tried charging me $1000 more then any other dealership. Alex also said they would not budge off the price and then when I complained about the warranty dropped a few hundred bucks off the car. I said no deal and went to shake his hand and he wouldn't shake my hand. I came back and demanded to work with someone else and was given Kristen. She was amazing! She took me out to show me the car again and go over the features and she hit on things that Alex missed even though he said he owned a Mustang! Afterwards she sat down with me and listened and took notes while I explained what had happened on my previous visit and what I was looking to accomplish. She asked questions to make sure she completely understood what I was looking for in a deal and then went and spoke to her manager a different one from who Alex was working with. That manager called the bank himself to get me a better rate (Ernie) and then came and explained the numbers and deal to me. Kristen stayed and talked with me and kept me entertained while waiting for finance and even obliged me with a photo! I have two kids who will be needing cars soon and I now know who to call! Alex really made me lose faith in this dealership but Kristen saved the day! More
