Leon and Jose said they don't use ALLY financial just the form, a lie. Ally Financial settled a multimillion dollar class action suit after a federal investigation they discriminated against African Americans of which I was one. I emphatically stated I was prequalified with a credit union and didn't;t need financing, they did it anyway and gave me the keys. The latitude price was above market, so Ernest said return the car. Now they want me to pay for driving the car for 3 weeks at 100. pwk., extortion. Even though I had to bring in for service to the 4WD system which took 4 days. The dealership is disingenuous when they say they're sorry these things happen, because they continue to happen, with the same people Leon, Jose an Ernest. More
