Why would I sell my leased car to you 3 months early? By you trying to buy it and hiding it in some paperwork is completely unethical. You knew I had a lease and you should have said "hey we have to buy this from you, you are better off waiting". Instead you took greedy route. I am a local law enforcement officer and I will ensure everyone hears about this. In addition I will be calling Jeep corporate, it is sad that your dealership would try and take advantage of someone during our current world situation. Worst Hands down worst experience I have ever had calling any dealership. The phone was answered by not even providing a greeting of offer to help, i believe it was answered with a "sales". I am looking to buy a Challenger TA stock number 31612, so asked since i have to fly in is there anything we can work out on price. I get greeted with a what are you willing to pay , if you open that door I am gonna give you a price which is great for me which i did and was told they do not discount them ever. She then told me the same price i see online which seems as if they do not listen. Once i brought up the fact their internet offers $250 off, now suddenly she could discount it. I offered $22000 Cash deal plus whatever tax and tags are for the car, Their asking price is $24,985 but apparently this is an unreasonable offer. So much so that she repeatedly told me how it was impossible and how crazy it was that I am asking for thousands of dollars off. Overall worse experience i have ever had, From the condescending attitude, refusal to work with a customer, and essentially the tone of I owe them my business. As i said when i got off the phone good luck. I certainly hope this isn't how you all treat everyone. More
