Excellence in Customer Service from Our Saleman, Jerry Cronk Jerry Cronk is an excellent salesman. He addressed all our needs & wants from top to bottom - moreover, went above & beyond to ensure he landed the sa Jerry Cronk is an excellent salesman. He addressed all our needs & wants from top to bottom - moreover, went above & beyond to ensure he landed the sale with my family & I....even though all other parties at the dealership just about lost the deal for him. I cannot believe that multiple "higher ups" at the dealership would even dream to speak to a customer the way they did to me. In addition, they lied to me from day one to day three before I finally signed my deal. The single only reason why I gave my business to the dealership is because Jerry is a wholesome, honest, no-nonsense guy who DESERVED my business (or any one else's business at that rate); I wasn't going to take away a sale from him due to other people's incompetence. If going to this dealership to buy/lease a new or used vehicle, it is a MUST that you request Jerry to be your guy (my opinion). Jerry has my business & my families business for years to come.
