I outlined with detail a lease deal on a Cherokee Limited with Bob who is an internet sales manager. I was told that I had to show up in person to finalize the deal. Had to go through the sales associate who know nothing about the deal we outlined with Bob. Then a sales manager who told me they could not provide the lease as outlined. After I left I got a call from another manager, Tom, who chalked the whole thing up to a "misunderstanding". I am a veteran lease customer and know how deals are created. This was the typical "get the customer in the showroom" and try to make a different deal. They should be ashamed of treating a customer as I was treated. Bob, who I made the lease arrangements was conveniently not available! Find another dealership! More
