April was great. Got truck I wanted for price I wanted. She was excellent. However I wanted to put more money down to lower payment. I was told I could do this at bank which was a lie. Paperwork was done a She was excellent. However I wanted to put more money down to lower payment. I was told I could do this at bank which was a lie. Paperwork was done and they didn't want to redo paperwork. I asked twice prior to signing papers they assured me I could do this later. I don't like being lied to just so someone can get out of restructuring loan. Lesson learned. This is reason I would not recommend anyone to cherryhill dodge. Relationship means more than being rushed and lied to. This had nothing to do with April. As for her manager he tried to sell me truck I didn't want and seemed aggravated and tried pressure techniques to sell me truck. Like acting like he was going to throw in dipping rims then after he said I would have to pay for it and acting like I lied saying he never said he would throw that in. I'm thankful I didn't give in on truck he tried pressuring me into. Let me know if you have further questions. More
