Awful, just plain awful. This dealership uses the bait and switch tactic to the fullest. I have been looking at a used truck that has been on their website for at least a month. I reached out to their int and switch tactic to the fullest. I have been looking at a used truck that has been on their website for at least a month. I reached out to their internet department beforehand to make sure the truck was still available and sure enough I received 2 emails confirming that it was ( I wanted to be sure as I was driving 2 hours to see this). Sure enough as I walked in I did not see this anywhere on the lot but I still had some hope as I walked up to ask for Ron or Dave (which now not sure if they are playing games or the same person); regardless they said nope we sold it either yesterday or today, and that we only have newer trucks on the lot that are $3K more. So I talked with one of the front end receptionists to confirm, and she stated that nope mostly Jeeps went out today and yesterday and that she didn't recall any Dodge Ram being sold. COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH! To date this truck is sill advertised on Autotrader.com, Cars.com, and their company website. Horrible experience wasted 4 hours round trip to find out they employ these deceitful company practices. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST. More
I am truly confused after reading the other reviews. My experience was such a stark contrast to every one who wrote anything bad about these guys. I had been through Jeep xxxx - with Jeff D'Ambrosio Jee experience was such a stark contrast to every one who wrote anything bad about these guys. I had been through Jeep xxxx - with Jeff D'Ambrosio Jeep, Reedman Jeep, and two other Jeep dealers who weren't bad - but just couldn't stock their Jeeps. One dealership told me I had to come back early from my vacation to get special deals - only to sell my reserved Jeep - 10 minutes before I came back from NYC - only to have them sit me in front of the Jeep that was supposed to be mine and next to the guy who bought it - who kept asking us if we just "loved his Jeep." Yeah - buddy - I did - so much that I left a highrise gorgeous hotel in Manhattan to come back and watch you buy it. When we were leaving the manager whispered to me, when I commented that I was sad I wouldn't be getting the Memorial Day sale - that that deal was good until June 30 - so I really didn't have to come back - and they'd find me another one. (Jeff D'Ambrosio) It then took them 3 weeks to verify my business and daily I had to fax more and more papers to prove that it existed. All I wanted was a newer Jeep 4 door Black Sahara - automatic - maybe dual top. I had a payment in mind. I wanted to trade in my lease from Mazda - John Kennedy (I will be reviewing them next!) I saw a commercial from Cherry Hill Jeep - and thought perhaps I was nuts seeking out a dealer in another state. But no one else could get the simple Jeep I wanted! The commercial said that they had a ton of Saharas in stock. I contacted Andrew - on the Live Chat. He was very helpful and said that they had many. I had that answer SO.MANY.TIMES. So the next question I asked was "Would it take 3 weeks like other dealerships to get a business deal done?" He said, "No." I took my chances and drove across the Ben Franklin Bridge - wasn't that far! 10 minutes past Philly or about 40 minutes from my house. I was met by Antonio - who certainly knew who I was. He is so friendly and nice and made us comfortable. We were met by Bob. Bob is the nicest salesman I've ever met. No pressure. Got the information from Andrew prior to my arrival. Listened to us. Grabbed a single key and leads us out among a sea of Jeeps. So many! Other dealerships don't stock so many - and in the past, would chide me and say that the "X" was the same thing. No it isn't! So Bob shows us this shiny black 2011 Jeep Sahara. I hadn't seen the 2011 - since they were brand new. I had driven an "X" since that is all other dealers had. Man, it was a beauty. Newer comfy seats - new type of top - classy chrome. He insisted we drive it. And so we did. No pressure - no hype. Explained all the newer features of the '11. We come back - and he said, "Let's try for the best of what you want!" - because I'm thinking there is no way I'm gonna be able to afford that luxury one. He appraises my lease from Mazda. I call 3 times to make absolutely sure with Bob right there - that is was ok to trade. All three times, they said yes - but I'd have to pay the originating dealer. A finance guy comes by (sorry I don't know your name!) and shows us the worst case scenario - it is $20 higher a month and I have to put down $750. So here is comes. He asks if it is do-able. I said yes - but could he work on it a little more since our business is rocking right now. Bob checks on us multiple times and the mystery finance guy :) gets us both drinks. We are then like clockwork are taken into see Irwin. We sign buyers papers for the vehicle - and while we were doing that, Bob arranged to have our plate over to the new Jeep - and our belonging put neatly into a box to save us time. Sorry for the long description - but I want to make sure people know how first class we were treated by every member we encountered. Irwin calls me on Monday night and says the bank won't finance us that long - so he has to shorten the term. SInce we are buying a new office - I tell him that we had said we can't - and because we had a handshake on what the worst case scenario was - they honored their word without any problem. So here is where it gets hairy - I come Wednesday to sign the papers. My old dealership hadn't had the courtesy to call them back. They were pissy on the phone with me Saturday because they wanted me to buy an old used "X" from them and it would have been no problem - for them. Super long story short - and here is what impressed me the most....Bob fought every way to get Mazda to do what they promised. Mazda wouldn't budge and admitted their local dealer was being a jerk. I needed to trade something. Irwin had the idea that we could trade my husband's car (which he wasn't happy with) so I could get major incentives from Jeep. My husband drove down from King of Prussia at lunch - and again - they were ready and waiting to make it easy for him to get in and get back to work. Unforunately - my husband's car was a bit of a negative trade. It did take some hours - impressing me that the entire dealership met for a pow-wow - without telling me - to figure out how they could make the deal happen - despite Mazda being liars - and my husband's car being a not a great trade. I had walked over to get a soda and heard all of them talking - every sales person - collaberating to come up with some way to help us. In the end - I heard them say that they would do what was best for me. They had made a deal and although Mazda Credit shafted us - and now them. They crunched the numbers again - and came back with a better deal than we originally agreed for - all by Irwin working tireless with the banks to get me the best deal. Everyone was so supportive. I am recommending them everywhere. As a business owner myself of two companies - it is SO REFRESHING to see someone run a business like this - HELPING THE CUSTOMER. Being fair to both sides. Not wanted to just sell you something and run. From what I had with everyone else - I had lost faith that I would ever get my dream car. And I love it! And i love Cherry Hill Jeep. Thanks, guys. You and my new Jeep exceeded my wildest expectations! Dr. Brandie More
This was the worst car experience ever. Went there on 11/20/10 towards the end of the evening. I was in need of a new car for my son. Rich was out salesman and he was very helpful and appeared to be honest and hardworking. He worked out the deal for a used car from another dealership with the help of Rob. The deal initially was 280 per month for 72 months, this was prior to the credit check. After the credit check it became quote" around his current car payment" 317/month. Satisfied with this we left a $500 deposit and Rob insisted that my son take home a dealer car to drive for the rest of the weekend. I thought this was a sign a good faith. It was really a sign of salesmanship. We were told that we would hear from them on Monday but the deal had bank approval. Monday came and we did not hear from the Rich or Rob. My son called twice and left 2 message for Rich and they were not returned. I called and left a message and didn't receive a return call. At around 5:00 pm on Monday, 11/22/10 I called and Rich paged and he answered. I asked if he had gotten the car from the other dealership and he said yes but it was still being cleaned up and detailed. I asked him for a final price and he said he would call me back. He did not return my call but at no time did he indicate there was an issue with the deal. He also told me that I could pick up the car anytime Tuesday. On Tuesday 11/23/10 my son again called twice with no return phone call. I then called and left a message. Rich returned my call and I again asked for a price and he said the deal was in the finance office and he thought they called me. He said, " he would call me back with the price." He never returned the call and I called back and left a message that we were disappointed and not comfortable so we would return the loaner tonight and I was sorry that the deal couldn't work. So Rich now calls my son back and tells him to come in and the deal was now $330/month but it was a done deal. They also told him that the deal was approved with just him and not me as a cosignor. He gets to the dealership and there is no deal. His income that Rich filled in the application was not correct and off by $8000. I guess that is our fault he filled the credit application incorrectly. They tell my son they can't approve the deal as is but will try another bank or some other method. I decide to drive to the dealership and see what the problem is as my son was texting me about the problems. Whe I get there they tell me about the difference in income and tell Christopher Mulligan, who was now handling the sale, of my disappointment with the whole ordeal. He tells me that he can get this done with me as cosignor, I already did this once. I said okay and we wait another hour only to find out they got it approved on just my son but at $380/ month. Obviously we walk away. How many times were we told it was approved? both with me or without me? They obviously know what they can get approved and the whole time they thought my son would want the car so bad he would pay anything. Then they refused to give us our deposit back until the check clears the bank. We look on my phone and the check was cleared aleady. I go back in but they still refuse to give us the deposit back. I get an I owe you at my request and tell them I will be in on Wednesday to pick up the deposit. Just a horrible experience and they want to blame the whole thing on the income differnece. The interest rate went from 5.9 to 19.9 in two days? I told the general manager of my concerns and he basically blew it off. This is the customer service business and I will continue to write on every website and blog I can so other customers don't have to experience this really horrible dealership. Furthermore: seems like almost every salesman smokes and right outside the showroom, not a great impression or customer friendly. More
I BROUGHT IN MY CHRYSLER MINI VAN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE CONTRACT, 1 OF THE ISSUES BEING A SECOND VISIT FOR THE SAME THING. VERY UN-HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER MAKIN COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE CONTRACT, 1 OF THE ISSUES BEING A SECOND VISIT FOR THE SAME THING. VERY UN-HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER MAKING ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP, I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY MADE 3 ATTEMPTS OVER 90 DAYS TO CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP TO GET A RESPONSE TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT. THE DEALER DID NOT RESPOND AND THE BBB CLOSED THE CASE MARKING ON RECORD AS A COMPLAINT UN ANSWERED. NEVER WILL I GO BACK, AND ALL WHO WORK THERE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. More
I made internet appt a few days prior to my arrival and when I got there nobody had every heard of me or the contact information. These sales guys are good at what they do but don't trust any of them espec when I got there nobody had every heard of me or the contact information. These sales guys are good at what they do but don't trust any of them especially Rich(SM). They will tell you and promise you anything to make the sale. After the sale, you wont hear from them until they send you a postcard asking you to bring by your trade for top dollar. Dont count on that either. If you need to drive far to get there for the deal dont waste your time. If you are local, do your research and you may be able get a fair deal if you want to wait several hours while they chat. Sorry to see this at Dodge dealer in USA. More
I'm trying to respond to a review by fish (something) but the site wont allow a response. Something sounds fishy to me in the review. Who spends 32 thousand dollars on something they dont want?? It sounds li the site wont allow a response. Something sounds fishy to me in the review. Who spends 32 thousand dollars on something they dont want?? It sounds like he/she was not happy with the amount offered for the trade which is usually what bothers people the most. I for one don't believe everything I read. Where are the emails asking for assistance for the "problem" they experienced? Be careful when reading these reviews. If a customer is unhappy about one little thing, they tend to exagerrate a bit when telling friends, family, coworkers, and especially internet sites. They need to have a good story to post, so they make it a little more interesting. Do I believe the dealer couldn't find the keys, or that they were going to give the Jeep to another dealer..sure. I also believe they probably low balled the trade. Everyone tries to get their best deal in business. Do I believe this person paid $32k for something they didn't want? No way. Who in their right mind would do that? I don't care how far I drive, I'm not spending that kind of money on anything I don't want and certainly not from people who "supposedly" treated me so badly. Just my opinion :) I originally came on here to rate my service experience and saw this and just had to respond. I brought my minivan in twice, once for regular maintenance and once for a damage windshield. I came back for the auto body damage because they were so great for the regular maintenance. Normally, if you take a vehicle to a dealer for service and are looking for an overrall inspection of everything, it's like open season when you pick your vehicle up. They have a list of hundreds of dollars of recommended services. I had the oil changed and asked for the maintenance inspection. I was recommended to replace my brakes soon and replace my tires. That's it. I paid my $40 and was happy. Everyone was pleasant and didn't try to sell me any extra services. I was very pleased and will return to them for my brakes (which I already knew needed to be replaced) More
They are unprofessional and scam artists don’t buy here!!! I called this dealer on a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I specified all the options I needed and the sale person confirmed they had the veh here!!! I called this dealer on a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I specified all the options I needed and the sale person confirmed they had the vehicle I was looking for. We agreed on the price and asked for the window sticker of the car and she faxed it over to me. All the options were listed except for the dual top which we agreed she said it had. So she confirmed with her manger that it did and emailed me back confirming the deal. Here are the emails I trail…. Ed, This is a confirmation of our appointment tonight at 7:45 for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4x4 in white. This is to additionally confirm that the vehicle I sent you the window sticker for, last 6 of the VIN 164260, includes both the hard and soft top. Your price with the rebates is $31,526. Please remember to ask for Antonio or Rich when you arrive. Thank you, Would you be able to write this up buyers agreement and sent it to me. I don't want to drive 90 minutes to find out this is not what I am expecting. Thanks for your help much appreciated! Thanks, Ed In NJ the Buyer's agreement is contractual and cannot be done unless you are here in the store. I faxed you the actual window sticker of the Jeep and it is here in the store waiting for you. It is exactly what you are expecting. If you can't trust a sales person, who can you trust? See you tonight? Ok, I will be there tonight. I just wanted to make sure I am not hit with extra fees when I get there. I know you have my car for $31,526 The only extra fees are your taxes/tags and our doc fee that we discussed of $149. I wouldn't want to deal with the kind of Karma I'd be hit with for bringing someone here from NY and everything not being as I said it would be. Drive safely! Ok, so when I arrived there and spoke to Antonio he had no idea who or what I was there for. He pasted me over to a sales man to show me the car. We found the vehicle on the lot but the keys were missing. Going back into the showroom another sales man said that car is not for sale it was already swapped out to another dealer. After arguing for 30 minutes with them they said now they can sell me the car…Next they asked how I was going to pay for the car and I was putting down cash and financing the rest. So they ask for my credit card and immediately credited my account and asked me to sign it. They didn’t even show me the agreement yet. Next, was my trade-in, KBB for trade-in lowest value was $2900 and they offered me $1000 low blow and two other dealers offered $2500 or more. Next, they said this vehicle only has 1 top not dual tops. I and specifically said needed both and confirmed by the salesman in emails it included both. So now it was getting late and the sales team was just jerking me around. After all this I still agreed to buy the car and the dealer would not do anything for the troubles and lies they are putting me through. This is a very unprofessional dealership with bait and switch tactic I would not recommend buying here….. More

Hello all who read this. My name is Brian and I called up CHD in May to get a price for my car. I needed an alternator and spoke to Mark who said they could get me an alternator and install it for 260 plus t CHD in May to get a price for my car. I needed an alternator and spoke to Mark who said they could get me an alternator and install it for 260 plus tax. They said it was because of some warranty they have because Dodge's alternators have been defected. So I drop the car off.. I called them the next few days for updates on the car, when I could pick it up.. and every time I asked for the price and said Mark said it would be 260 plus tax. Which they confirmed, So I go pick the car up.. and they say it's going to be 449 and change. I said why, they said because the car needed a new battery, starter, and alternator. THEY NEVER SAID THIS ON THE PHONE. So I pay them it was around MAY 17TH OR 19TH that I GOT MY CAR... On June 24th my car died. A little more than a month after they fixed it.. it died. I called them up told them what happened.. they said I was covered under a 12 month/ 12k warranty. So they gave me the number to chrysler road side assistance.. got the car towed to Freehold Chrysler in NJ to get the work done. Jeff from CHD calls me and says that THEY have to do the work because they gave me a goodwill discount (pay for labor not the parts).. so they said they have to do the work in cherry hill. Mind you.. the freehold chrysler is 10 minutes away from my job [i work in marlboro].. and CHD is 2 hours away from my job.. So they told me they would send a tow truck to pick the car up from Freehold Chrysler and have it towed to CHD. I asked if they are going to have the car towed back to EB for me.. they said no because it's costing them over 200 to get it towed from Freehold to Cherry Hill. So the car was dropped off on the 24th later in the day. I was told by Jeff and Mark that I could pick the car up on Friday the 26th that it was the battery they were putting a new one in and testing it out. I drive down on the 26th.. they changed the reason and said it was an electrical problem. I said when is it going to be fixed. Their answer, and I swear on my mother's grave.. "I DON'T KNOW"... so they set me up with a rent a car... they said saturday the car will be fixed... I called on saturday and they said they still don't know what is wrong with the car, the technician is looking at it. They call me back and said tuesday I can pick it up. I call on monday to confirm it, they told me they have to order a "brain" for the car and they havent ordered it yet. They said they would cover the rent a car. So finally on wednesday they call and said its fixed to come get it. I drive down on thursday to get my car.. normally they bring the car up to you.. they handed me the keys and i asked where it was.. and they said "I DON'T KNOW, GO OUTSIDE AND LOOK FOR IT." IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD AT ANY COMPANY. THEY LIE AND SAY IT'S GOING TO BE FIXED.. TELL YOU DAYS TO COME DOWN AND GET IT.. THEN PROCRASTINATE AND WASTE MY xxxxING TIME AND MY xxxxING GAS..
