This place sold me a 2011 Certified Used Jeep Cherokee with aftermarket grille and parts of the car plasti-dipped by the former owner that looked painted when I first bought it. I had never heard of plast with aftermarket grille and parts of the car plasti-dipped by the former owner that looked painted when I first bought it. I had never heard of plasti-dip before until I bought an Audi A4 and every blog talks about plasti-dip and putting it over chrome and how it peels off. Same as my Grand Cherokee. The parts were not painted black like I thought and now everything is chipping off. How does this end up "certified" More
I had a problem with my registration and left messages. No one would call me back. I kept calling. They kept putting me on lines that no one would answer. I finally insisted on a person (manager) but still No one would call me back. I kept calling. They kept putting me on lines that no one would answer. I finally insisted on a person (manager) but still got transferred to a phone with no answer. I kept calling back. They would not answer the phone at all or if they did pick it up, they would put me on hold immediately without saying a word. After about 30 calls one right after another she finally ask me what I wanted and I told her then she transferred me to a live person who finally helped me. I would never do business with this company ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone and as soon as I can find someone high up in this company, I plan to let them have it. I could be arrested for the problem with my title and left this message on the finance managers phone with the first message I left. There is no excuse for the service I got. JUST HORRIBLE...................................... More
As soon as I walked into this dealer I knew I was in for a bad experience. They sat me down at some front desk and take my name/address/etc for some marketing xx. Gave me a thing for some free vacation pa a bad experience. They sat me down at some front desk and take my name/address/etc for some marketing xx. Gave me a thing for some free vacation package that I threw out a few minutes later. They then bring over a salesperson to assist with my sales process. He was ok and I did the test drive, he was knowledgeable about wranglers since he had one. ANyway, then the time came for numbers.. Their internet price has some fine print so not everyone qualifies for that special price they get you in the door for. So he goes to get my pricing and I'm sitting there for over 15minutes. I walked out.. A few minutes later he calls me asking why I left and actually tries to start arguing with me. I politely told him I'm not going to argue about it and I'm thinking that there are about 25 other jeep dealers around driving area I can go to. I did - and bought a 2011 Sahara 4dr - leather interior. Actually costs more than the original jeep wrangler i looked at here at cherry hill dodge. steer clear of this churn and burn shop. they're a numbers place - meaning they wanna crank out sales which is business of course but they should take some lessons from the dealer i eventually bought from - jeff d'ambrosio in downingtown. No surprises or hassle at that dealer - incredibly pressure free and most importantly -a great deal !!!! More
Lets just say that the salesmen in this place are extremely rude. During a visit to purchase a new Jeep I was negotiating with the salesmen. When it was clear I was not going to get the price I wante extremely rude. During a visit to purchase a new Jeep I was negotiating with the salesmen. When it was clear I was not going to get the price I wanted I told him I was ready to walk and come back in the future. He then insisted on making smart remarks to me that they were already getting the car ready and then called the previous salesmen I was dealing with to berate me right in front of me. He went on to say that I was going to live a sad life if I would not negotiate my limit higher to his liking. I will never buy a car from this dealer nor will i ever tell anyone to go there. I understand if they cannot give me the car for the price I wanted and I would have been more than willing to come back to the dealership at a later time had it ended at that. But once my personality was brought into question and I was made to look stupid that was the final straw. More
I had absolutely the worst experience with this dealer. Don't expect a callback anytime you need any assistance. I bought a brand new wrangler in January and the car itself was great, but the customer ser Don't expect a callback anytime you need any assistance. I bought a brand new wrangler in January and the car itself was great, but the customer service at this site was HORRENDOUS. I called the morning after when they opened, the moment I realized i left something in the trade-in (At this time, my car was at the lot considering my deal was right at closing the night before.) I was told to not worry bc they will make sure to have it available when I come in that weekend to sign all the paperwork and give them my current title. Saturday came and went but no key. Each time I asked on its status, I would get some excuse, "its here, we need to find the keys, we'll get back to you", "it's at the fiat dealer", "it's getting detailed", "oh we moved it off this lot", etc but dont worry, we'll xxxx it out to you. I eventually called a few times over the course of the next month or so to check in, to the point where I, as a customer, felt like I was bothering them too much. I left messages each time and was told they would call me back, but lets just say I received 0 returned calls on all those voicemails/messages left. After the first week or so, I knew it wasn't retrievable, so all I wanted was a small reimbursement to buy a new device of $100 (a reasonable request considering I just bought a $39K car, but once again, no interest in making me happy bc the papers were already signed). To give you an idea on how bad they were with the pricing, Once I agreed to the offers of my deal, a friend of mine was interested in also purchasing a jeep during that same visit. The sales guy offered a trade in value on his 06 rubicon of $4500. When we laughed at that offer, he came back with a trade in offer of $9K, explaining how he was all about "hookin' us up with a deal". Just doing a quick KBB check on our phones showed that a a fair value trade in was at least $13K. The moment they were willing to lowball a customer to that extreme, we should have known better and walked right out. Unfortunately I really wanted a special edition one and that was the only one available in the tri-state area so I sucked it up. To summarize, I personally liked dealing with the loan officer, and the receptionist who had to take my calls. Both very friendly and professional. But for the rest of the staff, managers included, to not have the professional courtesy to call customers back, even to give bad news = worst customer service ever. More
Avoid at all costs. Total bait and switch. Scheduled an appointment to test drive a dodge journey avp. Drive 30 minutes and they dont have one. Salesman knew less about the journey than customer which is u appointment to test drive a dodge journey avp. Drive 30 minutes and they dont have one. This dealership epitomizes the "sleezy, game-playing car salesman" stereotype. I went in to look at a used car I had seen on autotrader. I called ahead, and they assured me the vehicle would be availab car salesman" stereotype. I went in to look at a used car I had seen on autotrader. I called ahead, and they assured me the vehicle would be available for test drive. When I arrived, no one knew where the vehicle was, and after numerous delays, and multiple requests for information as to what was going on, they said they sent someone to get it off the lot. When we discussed time with the salesman, and that we only had a short amount of time, the response we got was, "How am I going to do that? What do you think this is? Macy's?" I thought the response was extremely rude, and it was pretty brazen of him to think we'd for sure be purchasing the vehicle, when at this point, they couldn't find it. The man who was sent to get it came back empty handed, saying it was in the back lot, blocked in by 4 other cars. So we walked out onto the lot with the salesman (who lit a cigarette and blew smoke as we walked behind him), and finally found it in the very back corner of the lot (in very cold weather, mind you). Upon looking in the windows, it appeared that someone was living out of it, dry cleaning hanging in the back, coffee cup and drips in the console, various other things in the trunk. The salesman commented that one of the managers must be using it for his own car. We went back into the showroom, and the manager assured us that if we came back tomorrow, they would have it cleaned and ready for us to test drive. I would not have even come back, except for the fact that it was the exact make/model I was looking for. Upon arriving the next day, the car was not out front, and the salesman who we were supposed to meet was not there. We were able to test drive it, after a delay in them finding someone to put tags on it. When we arrived back, we sat and waited, and were shuffled among many different salesman. At the end of the day, they offered a very poor trade in value on my car, and were asking too high a price for the vehicle. I did not buy a car from them and I will never go there again, and will take every opportunity to steer others away from such an disorganized, unprofessional group of people. More
They did not have the car I made an appointment to look at on location. I waited for over an hour for them to get the car. When they finally brought the car over from Moorestown Volvo..it was low on oil a at on location. I waited for over an hour for them to get the car. When they finally brought the car over from Moorestown Volvo..it was low on oil and had a massive oil leak. Car was dirty and had 4 bald tires. I later found out that the car had a motor put in it in December of 2011. The salesman told me it was a trade in..again, later found out it was purchased from a dealership in Pennsylvania (with the blown motor). Worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone..very very dishonest. Funny part is the salesman called me the next day and said, "we can't sell you that car, it has to many problems". If I was some poor guy that didn't know what he was looking at believe me..they would have sold me the car on the spot and let me drive away with it. I traded my 2007 Jeep Cherokee for a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2011 unlimited with 38 miles, signed the papers and drove it off the lot. The Jeep's electrical system malfunctioned 3 miles from the deal Wrangler 2011 unlimited with 38 miles, signed the papers and drove it off the lot. The Jeep's electrical system malfunctioned 3 miles from the dealership. The sales and service managers were horrible to deal with and have been having it serviced at another Jeep Dealership. Six months later I'm still dealing with this hassle and a malfunctioning $37,000 vehicle. Save yourself a huge headache and chose a dealership that will actually care about you as the customer. More
