We had a great experience until the end. Car was missing floor mats. They promised to send them right away. We bought the car over a month ago and still no floor mats. Jose was with me through the entire process, from the opening hand shake, through the neighborhood test drive and price negotiations (He played the good cop role) and on to the final detailing on my new opening hand shake, through the neighborhood test drive and price negotiations (He played the good cop role) and on to the final detailing on my new used car. He was friendly but hungry for the sale today and got me to give up my other two dealers that I had planned to visit later. He went the extra mile to make sure my new used car was as good as it could be with perfect detailing, extra keys, manuals and a half tank of gas. He asked the detailer to go back and clean up a spot on the back bumper that I hadn't even noticed. Jose was quick and efficient on the paper work and explained each step of the process through the insurance switchover and financing. Andy, in finance, led me smoothly through the final paperwork checkout. More
Where to start? I am a single mom who was in need of a new car. My neighbor who works at Cherry Hill Dodge referred me to salesman Rich Catana. I am going through a divorce and credit is bad so payment on my Dodge Durango is really high but was told that my first payment would not be due until December. I purchased the vehicle on October 18th (signed papers on the 20th). As soon as papers were signed that was it! No return calls, like I fell off the face of the earth. Rich said he never got my messages. Was promised floor mats that actually fit the vehicle (which I still don't have), an additional key (was told the sales manager wasn't in and keys were locked up and still don't have that). Had the vehicle for TWO days and the engine light came on. Called the salesman, guess what, no call back. So the next day I brought it into the service department. Turns out had a bad cylinder and they replaced the cylinder head only after I spent half my morning there and had to ride back to Enterprise Rental Car with a person to give a deposit for a rental car and then back the next day to pick it up. Took a week for my Sirius radio to be turned on. On October 7 I get my bill in the mail from bank that financed it which says first payment is due on November 17, 2012. I call the bank and they said that's the way the paperwork came to them from Cherry Hill Dodge. I call Rich Catana on October 8th, he's off. So I speak to Lou Salvatore, a sales manager there, he says I should have noticed the due date on one of the 35 papers I signed while I was there. A million things were pointed out to me when I signed those papers NOT the due date. When I was told my payment would be due in December I believed them! I told Mr. Salvatore that the bank said all they had to do was send in an Addendum to the contract. At first he said that he would look into it and although he had never heard of this happening before he would let me know what they can do for me. Said he would call me Monday (yesterday). I call today asking why yet again I got no call back. He couldn't even remember why he was supposed to get back to me! Now I know that he didn't even bother to find out how to get the loan due date changed! Said "I told you in 17 years I have never heard of that being done." I said but you also told me you would figure out how to have it changed. Mistakes are made in contracts and they can be fixed. It is their mistake and it should be fixed. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told "he's in a meeting." Sure he is, I said. I asked for the GM to call me to set up a time that I can come there today to discuss everything. That was 3 hours ago. I'm sure I will not get a call back. In the last 3 weeks I have literally made 25 calls to Cherry Hill Dodge and only once did I actually get Rich Catana on the phone and today got Lou Salvatore on the phone. Run from this place. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. I noticed TODAY that their Better Business Rating is an "F!" I wish I would have seen that before I went there. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty but will NEVER take my vehicle there or step foot there again after I pick up my registration and duplicate key. They are so rude and don't give a crap after contract is signed. Such scammers! More

The selection of vehlcles was great. I found my vehicle online and they took me to there yard where they kept all of there stock. a little slow on the finance part. I have purchased and/or leased at least five vehicles over the past three years for family members, and this was by far the most fun experience, not to mention that I drove away with the exact car that I over the past three years for family members, and this was by far the most fun experience, not to mention that I drove away with the exact car that I wanted for the exact price to fit my budget. They gave me a good value for my trade, an interest rate that was good, delayed my first payment for 45 days and managed the financial package so that I did not have to put down any money. Now one must realize that credit worthiness is a factor, so get your credit house in order for the best results. I believe they will try to help folks never the less, but remember it's not what you make it's how you manage what you make.... As for my personal experience,they were all so friendly, I want to go back just to hang out and visit. Joe Carr, my salesperson, was one of the most animated people I have met in a very long time. He is a walking ball of positive energy! Everyone from the top managers to the lot guys really give good service. Car purchases or lease processes can be stressful and long. This was short and fun and I got everything I wanted....5-5-5-5-5!!!!! More
