My intention in visiting the Cherry Hill Dodge was to preview and aid my daughter in the purchase of a new car. My daughter was working and was not present at the time. Will listened attentively to exactly what my daughter was looking for,(a Jeep Compass), and then offered to show me choices of the model with the features she wanted. We drove to the dealer's off-site lot and began our search. Sure enough, we found a car that did fit my daughter's needs. As she was not with me at that time, Will suggested she come in later that afternoon. He would have the car driven to the dealership and have it washed for her to see. I knew she would really like the color of the car upon seeing it clean and shiny, and she did. Purchasing a car can be a trying experience, but thanks to Will's help, interest and attention, the experience was a pleasant one, even down to negotiating the deal. Other employees needed to be involved to close the purchase were also very courtious and attentive. I would definetly recommend this dealership. More
