I recently purchased a Ram pick up from this dealer. I working with Will and it was truely a pleasure. Will was very knowledgable and accomadating with the entire process. Robert and Antonio were great! We were on a weekend getaway and just stopped by to look at my husbands dream car. And 2 hours later we drove away with a 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8! Robert and Antonio getaway and just stopped by to look at my husbands dream car. And 2 hours later we drove away with a 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8! Robert and Antonio were helpful and Robert knew exactly what to show Joe.. it took a bit to finish the deal ob iur part but cherry hill dodge and our "boys" were great putting our deal together. When a few of our special when pieces were not with car, they were prompt to order them and we cant wait to get them in... I have recommended these guys to several people and will continue! Our local dealership wanted to know where we got the car as they could not get one..when we told them, they said CHD gets al the good cars.(I think theyre jealous!!) Thanks again Guys!! Overall, I'm okay with this dealership because they promptly resolved an issue causing used vehicle just purchased not to perform properly free of charge. My concerns are with purchase process logistic promptly resolved an issue causing used vehicle just purchased not to perform properly free of charge. My concerns are with purchase process logistics where car price/financing is negotiated separately from warranty. Also, I felt like a captive audience since car fax wasn't provided until most components of deal were already negotiated. Even though the purchase process itself could use improvement, overall I felt like I got a good product for a fair price with first class maintenance & detailing support. I also appreciated the follow-up call from salesman to make sure we were satisfied vehicle. More

I went into the dealership that day just to look. Steve Took me on the lot but the jeep i was interested in was not there. He then took me to An off site lot where we found a car that i might like. I drove it to the dealership and new right then it was right for me. Steve worked with me and offered a deal that was perfect for me I left that day in the perfect jeep. Steve was great. He made me feel comfortable and was trustworthy which is uncharacteristic of sales person perception. The man who did the paper work with me was awesome. He knows his stuff and willingly explained and re-explained anything i didn't understand. More

My intention in visiting the Cherry Hill Dodge was to preview and aid my daughter in the purchase of a new car. My daughter was working and was not present at the time. I was promptly introduced to Wil preview and aid my daughter in the purchase of a new car. My daughter was working and was not present at the time. I was promptly introduced to Will Beauchemin. Will listened attentively to exactly what my daughter was looking for,(a Jeep Compass), and then offered to show me choices of the model with the features she wanted. We drove to the dealer's off-site lot and began our search. Sure enough, we found a car that did fit my daughter's needs. As she was not with me at that time, Will suggested she come in later that afternoon. He would have the car driven to the dealership and have it washed for her to see. I knew she would really like the color of the car upon seeing it clean and shiny, and she did. Purchasing a car can be a trying experience, but thanks to Will's help, interest and attention, the experience was a pleasant one, even down to negotiating the deal. Other employees needed to be involved to close the purchase were also very courtious and attentive. I would definetly recommend this dealership. More
