I went last Thursday to look at a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X. My sales rep was Jerry Cronk. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jerry!! I was in and out of this dealership within about 3 hours tops! Jerry and Terry were so personal at one point I felt like we were all talking as friends. Trying to buy a vehicle and Tom Richardson would not provide any information via email, not even availability. Needed me to come in to discuss and more concerned about me leveraging his information tha provide any information via email, not even availability. I provided a detail list of features I was looking for in my request and he didn't even bother to provide any information. I must add he said " Keep in mind, if you have pricing from somewhere else, please bring it here, we'll be more than happy to show you why you'll get it from us." It is certainly fine is a dealership does not want to discuss pricing online however to strong arm people to come into their showroom floor without knowing if they have what you need is unacceptable. In addition, I would suggest getting with the times since I could come into the showroom floor and still leverage this against you with another dealership if that was your biggest concern. I am sure the owner would not be happy that this Manager did not want my business. I am happy to say I purchased from a reputable dealership who could address my questions without me coming into the dealership. More

My 2018 Jeep Wrangler has "known Corrosion" issue on all 4-doors as well as the hood. The Cherry Hill Dealership referred me to their Autobody Shop located at Maple Shade Fiat off of Route 38, where pictur 4-doors as well as the hood. The Cherry Hill Dealership referred me to their Autobody Shop located at Maple Shade Fiat off of Route 38, where pictures were taken and supposedly sent to the Corporate office. This was done in August, and now we are in December. These pictures were never sent to Corporate, and now Fiat Auto Body refuses to return my calls. This is completely unprofessional!!! We own 4 Jeeps, one of them bought at Cherry Hill...will never go back now as this is not how you treat your customers!!! More
