However, I left feeling frustrated and concerned after learning that a significant issue with my vehicle's rotors had gone unnoticed during the visit. The service helper explained to me that the rotor issue was not detected, possibly due to oversight or laziness. This oversight is particularly troubling considering the potential safety implications and the fact that other issues were identified and reported on the inspection reports. It is unacceptable that such a critical component of my vehicle's braking system was overlooked. Furthermore, I observed discrepancies between the issues noted on two separate inspection reports. These inconsistencies raise questions about the thoroughness and accuracy of the inspection process at your dealership. As a loyal customer, I expect and deserve better service quality and attention to detail. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate steps to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future.
