I purchased my vehicle from Cherokee County Nissan a couple of years ago. I recently ran into serious car trouble and took it to Bryan in Service. Bryan in return advocated on my behalf to his manager N couple of years ago. I recently ran into serious car trouble and took it to Bryan in Service. Bryan in return advocated on my behalf to his manager Nathan, who also advocated on my behalf to get everything covered. I took the car in for the service on Friday afternoon with an expected completion date of the following Wednesday. Nathan called me 18 hours later stating the car was finished. I can’t express enough my gratitude for the service department at Cherokee County Nissan. More

I dropped my car off for an oil change and rear brakes at 9 am. It was ready at 4pm. I called around noon and she told me it takes 4 hours to change brakes. then Bobby, who was very nice, got on the phone t 9 am. It was ready at 4pm. I called around noon and she told me it takes 4 hours to change brakes. then Bobby, who was very nice, got on the phone to tell me they had only just finished the oil change. He then said they noticed I needed rear brakes. I had told them I needed brakes from the start. So much for listening. An all day affair, when it should not have been. I likely won't be back for maintenance. More
