Great experience! ! I have had horrible experiences with dealerships but Cherokee County Nissan was not one. Cherokee County Nissan made me feel welcomed and once they ! Dealership is clean, folks are friendly. Brought my car in for a vehicle recall (tie rods and rear cam) and stated that I was experiencing a bounce/vibration and the steering wheel wobbled b Brought my car in for a vehicle recall (tie rods and rear cam) and stated that I was experiencing a bounce/vibration and the steering wheel wobbled back and forth slightly. Recently had rear shock replaced that was leaking, that was not the issue. I was hoping that maybe it was the tie rod and if not, hoped that I would at least be told the issue. That did not happen either. However, I was given a lengthy list of other repairs and regular maintenance items to approve/deny. More
