My experience with Joe Simone was phenomenal. He is an incredible asset to your team and extremely present to do business with. However, the reason I rated 4 stars was because the oil filter had not been changed and was SEVERELY clogged. I would give Joe 6 out of 5 stars, but your service department failed and unfortunately it has skewed my opinion. Once again, Joe is a pleasure!! More

I service 2 Muranos there. On arrival I’m always greeted warmly by staff members.The waiting area is very clean and inviting. As an added bonus vehicles are washed and vacuumed when completed. I’ve been a customer there for over 3 years and have never had any kind of issue. The experience is always flawless!!
