Cherokee County Nissan

The overhead console on our 2018 Rogue fell out of the ceiling due to the clips breaking. No fault of our own. This is a certified preowned vehicle with an extended warranty but this piece was not cover ceiling due to the clips breaking. No fault of our own. This is a certified preowned vehicle with an extended warranty but this piece was not covered according to a Kennesaw dealership. I called Cherokee Co Nissan and spoke with Bryan Walker in the service department. He asked that I bring the car to the dealership for inspection. He too told me the part wasn't under warranty but he knew too this was a faulty Nissan part. He gave me a phone number for Nissan Consumer Affairs. I spoke to Jeanette, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She said a Nissan team member would be in contact. After gathering information the consumer affairs team said the part would be replaced at no charge. I want to thank Bryan Walker for not giving up and advocating for us. He made the difference. Cherokee County Nissan is our closest dealership but it is now the only one I want to deal with. Thanks, Bryan, the Cherokee Co. Nissan service team, and Nissan. I'm a very happy customer. More
