Car buying from a dealership is nothing short of a headache. In fact, I can't think of a more painful way to spend an afternoon, typically. It's a back and forth, endless game that no one, aside from car salesmen, likes to play. But this place seemed different.... I was one of the lucky few to buy a car at this location, when they first opened. It was an absolutely effortless car buying experience. They gave me the BEST offer on my trade in the FIRST time, without the bs of having to haggle back and forth all afternoon, and I was literally in and out in my barely used Jeep. I have HIGHLY recommended this location ever since my first experience. We went back about a year later, and dealt with Tray for a test drive on a truck, and while the 'no haggling' phenomenon that I had first experienced, was no longer the case really, we still had a great time with him, and he didn't keep us there all day going back and forth, so I would've happily gone back and dealt with him again.... My husband and I made the error of going back there yesterday. That will never happen again!! This time we had the misfortune of dealing with Sylvester. We stated numerous times that we wanted 1) the out the door price, 2) the dollar amount for our trade in, and 3) explained the 'must haves' options on the truck we wanted. After numerous trips to the "sales manager", and spending a couple of hours wasting our weekend, and NEVER getting anything we asked for, were told that the truck that was advertised at $43,000, with 0 percent interest and a 60 month loan, was coming back at $1000 a month. It's not hard math to figure out... that's a $60,000 truck all of a sudden. So, still having no idea what the out the door price would have been OR what the trade in value we were being given was, because Sylvester was a pro at dodging questions, and giving zero answers, we eventually just left. AND to add insult to injury, the Jeep that I bought from them and had such a great initial buying experience with when they first opened, was sold to me as having a 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. (I bought it with 9000 miles on it)... my warranty is null and void, because the vehicle was initially purchased new in Canada. The sales team knew this when I bought it, and still assured me I had a warranty. I called to schedule service on my Jeep, only to find out that warranties from other countries are not valid in the states. When I brought that up to Sylvester, thinking that this great dealership I'd had such a pleasure working with before, would likely try to help troubleshoot the cigarette adapters that haven't worked SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM THEM, and the other very minor concerns, and possibly fix it for me, as a courtesy for having misled me, he said there was nothing they would do. My husband was a little surprised by that and said that we felt misled and wouldn't have come back if we'd felt they were the type of dealership to mislead their customers.... and Sylvester's response, was "well you're here now". Save yourself the wasted time, the run-around, the frustration, and the crappy customer service. More

I had my new Frontier less than a month and had a tire issue hoping to get some help from the dealer. You know, being a new customer, maybe a little consideration in helping with the cost considering the situation. Called Forrest Jones, Sales Manager, numerous time and left a couple of messages, but no call back. Very upsetting and disappointing. Will definitely not take my business there again when we purchase again later this year or next year. STAY AWAY - Classic example of SELL & FORGET!!! Jerry H More

When a sales person changes numbers just to make a sale, this is not a practice. Pam is the one of the leaders in this fraudulent activity. Please be very aware of this when dealing with this company. Even though I love the car, it would have stayed on the lot. I will be refinancing. More
Worst Dealer Experience Ever Sutherlin's website along with several other car websites advertised a very low price. Upon arrival, Rob Verdaguer, the sales person, acknowledged the Sutherlin's website along with several other car websites advertised a very low price. Upon arrival, Rob Verdaguer, the sales person, acknowledged the advertised price as accurate and confirmed the add as "all-inclusive less taxes and registration". We test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase. After Rob consulted with the general manager, they decided to add a $1,200 "reconditioning fee". I pushed back and asked what was included in this fee. Rob said tires, brakes, fluids, air filters, battery, dent removal, etc. ONLY AFTER I asked to view the service ticket did Rob admit that they only changed the oil and replaced the battery. What a scam! $1,200 for an oil change and battery! This was classic bait and switch and if you read the other reviews, my review is not unique. I left the building extremely upset. The following day, I contacted Nissan Motor's headquarters and Georgia's Attorney General and paid Sutherlin another visit to relay the news of my phone calls. While at the dealership, I was monitoring the various websites and it was comical at how fast the price shot up by $1,200! Sutherlin could not change the price fast enough! Ultimately, the slimy general manager reluctantly agreed to sell me the vehicle at their originally advertised price but never talked to me directly-- he made Rob do his dishonest nasty work. Once I had the keys to my new vehicle, I walked into the GM's office and asked why he didn't want to shake my hand thanking me for my purchase. His response was "I don't talk to customers and certainly don't want to talk to you!" I was the only customer in Sutherlin that morning- a total of 90 minutes and he never left his chair. He was too busy modifying his internet prices. If I'm Nissan, I would really monitor Sutherlin's practices and teach them a thing or two about customer service. I expect dealerships push the honesty limit to try to maximize profits but this place is the worst! More
Have to work really hard to get a good deal here They are quick to reply to online inquiries. But, they won't honor the price and once you get there the addon game begins. They are willing to negot They are quick to reply to online inquiries. But, they won't honor the price and once you get there the addon game begins. They are willing to negotiate but you have to be aware of what price you are willing to take or leave with. Of course they have all the addon crap and you can get them down alot on them. The finance guy puts on the hard sell for an endless amount of doomsday scenarios. Just say no to all of it. They also claim you have to finance with Nissan to get the offers. It's a complete lie. But, if they won't budge, take the crappy rate they give you and immediately refinance. There is nowhere in the contract that says you can't. There is no prepayment penalty on the loan. The dealership is new and pretty but don't be distracted by it, it's the same old song and dance. More
Deceptive online practices VERY deceptive internet sales practices. We reached an agreement and I was ready to put down a deposit. Ryan was quick to ask for my credit card and VERY deceptive internet sales practices. We reached an agreement and I was ready to put down a deposit. Ryan was quick to ask for my credit card and the $1,000 deposit before giving me the details. When I got the email to confirm the purchase price, the quick switcheroo with numbers took place. The numbers on paper were $5,000 more than what was agreed upon over the phone. Do we think girls are stupid and can't do math? We are going to look at a Honda now. More
