I purchased my vehicle from Cherokee County Nissan a couple of years ago. I recently ran into serious car trouble and took it to Bryan in Service. Bryan in return advocated on my behalf to his manager N couple of years ago. I recently ran into serious car trouble and took it to Bryan in Service. I took the car in for the service on Friday afternoon with an expected completion date of the following Wednesday. Nathan called me 18 hours later stating the car was finished. I called around noon and she told me it takes 4 hours to change brakes. then Bobby, who was very nice, got on the phone t 9 am. It was ready at 4pm. He then said they noticed I needed rear brakes. I had told them I needed brakes from the start. So much for listening. An all day affair, when it should not have been. I likely won't be back for maintenance. More
