Generally love it. But Monday brought in with low tire pressure. Tuesday, pressure low again. Wednesday, was told back tire was on bare wire. Sales person Jose was very friendly and kind to assist the need. Loan officer Rob was very professional and experienced to assist the loan process. Manager was welcoming but more of behind the scenes work the need. Loan officer Rob was very professional and experienced to assist the loan process. Manager was welcoming but more of behind the scenes work, could not meet and chat. Couple item needs replacement and he made a reasonable negotiation by sharing the cost. Only while replacing the part is where some coordination issue happened between sales and service team. Amanda at service team was bit rude and showing attitude by directing me to work with sales team has caused a bit of delay and confusion. Nevertheless, I had a great experience with this used car purchase. More
