My only complaint would be that my trade-in was valued $1500 less than RK Chevrolet down the street had it valued (with documentation appropriately. My only complaint would be that my trade-in was valued $1500 less than RK Chevrolet down the street had it valued (with documentation) and I was surprised that the lease deal was not a bigger difference than the loan deal even though the monthly offer was a loan deal based on a stripped down version of the car I was purchasing. I suppose that is just how the numbers worked out but I was still surprised as I was looking to go for a new vehicle every few years but instead, I now plan to probably keep it until the loan is paid. All in all a very good and painless experience with some very nice people. More

Mr Aran Benjamin was the salesman that sold us our 2012 Hyundai Sonata. He was not aggressive in dealing with us. He gave us all the information that we needed to make our decision to purchase our new Sonata. Once we had fill in all the paper work and the car was ours, Mr Benjamin was very patient in explaining every detail of the car. Since we are very much senior citizens, he had quite a challenge. He stuck with us and made sure we were confident enough to use all the new gadgets on this car. It is also reassuring to know that he will be there if we need a refresher course at any time. We would recommend Aran Benjamin to any of our family or friends that is in the market for a Hyundai. More

I initially went in to Checkered Flag Hyundai because it was convenient to where I live. I was immediately greeted by Duman. He is friendly, polite, personable, and interested in people beyond just selling was convenient to where I live. I was immediately greeted by Duman. He is very well informed about the products offered by the dealership and knows about the locals because he and his family have lived in the area for a long time. I didn't buy a car on the first visit. I went back three months later after the car I had was declared a total loss by the insurance company after Hurricane Irene. Duman remembered me, not just my name but real details about the first visit. Instead of just selling me a car, Duman helped me buy the car I wanted. He made sure I understood how my car's features worked and introduced me to the sales and business managers. He made sure I was comfortable while he had my car prepped to go. I went to the dealer expecting to spend the entire afternoon. Surprisingly, I was finished in about 90 minutes. I know that salesmen see a lot of people over several months. Duman made me feel as though I was being taken care of. I had the feeling that Duman treats all of his customers like they are a good friend. He didn't try to force a deal, no pressure. When he told me about additional services offered by the dealership it was an offer and not a hardsell. Once I declined a service, he didn't try to push it on me.
