I was vey impressed with my sales person. I told him the type of auto that I wanted and the one option I was interested in. He listened, explained to me the various levels of Hyundais. When I first walked into the dealership I introduced myself to Joel Perry. I made it clear that I was NOT going to buy a car that day! I learned just how knowledgeable he was on all the cars in the lot. Any questions I had he was able to answer them.Mr. Perry is a kind, trustworthy, honest man. After picking to test drive the Elantra limited (not my color)I left... a few days went by and I had made my mind up that I wanted a very popular Elantra 2012 limited (Gray with black leather), Mr. Perry went out of his way and drove to Richmond to pick up the car. Mr. Perry knew just how excited I was about this car and sent me a picture message with my consent. Mr. Perry followed up after the purchase of the car with a phone call. I think very highly of this man, I know that he would bend over backwards to make a customer happy. I'm so super happy with the service I received and would recommend him to EVERYONE!!!! Our dealer Mr.Lamont William's met us at the door with a smile and introduced himself, he inquired as to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was not pushy and that was good, he then showed us the car that I came in the following day and test drove. A 09 Certified Pre Owned white Jetta SE. And that was the car that we bought. Lamont was professional and friendly as we did the paperwork for the purchase and kept us informed all along the process. From start to finish we were out of the dealership in 3 hours.
