In addition, he answered my questions fairly and honestly, especially when I asked him to compare the performance of the 2012 Beetle to it's competitors (of which I currently owned one of them, the Mini). I took a test drive and he told me everything about the Beetle's performance options to enhance my overall driving experience. He patiently helped me through the financing process once I did decide to purchase the Beetle. He and another employee had to drive the Beetle to my home, as I did not trade in my current vehicle. Duman spent more time the next day going through all the features of my new car(while not in motion!), he set up my bluetooth, and scheduled my first service appointment even though it would be several months before it was due!
