I didn't have to spend hours haggling for a good price, because they started at a good proce to begin with. Everyone I came into contact with at Checkered Flag Hyundai was friendly and had a smile on thier face. Reggie was great and worked with us to get into what we wanted. Lee (finance) was a fun guy as well. He wasn't stuck up like some can be, and was quick with a joke or funny story that really made us feel like we made the right decision. I had been researching the Sonata for a couple of months for an intended purchase in Feb. or March. I needed to test drive the car to make sure it was a good fit for me. I walked in to Checkered Flag and for an intended purchase in Feb. or March. I needed to test drive the car to make sure it was a good fit for me. I walked in to Checkered Flag and was met by Jason. He asked what I was interested in, was there a reason I wanted to wait till Feb. or March, and the reason I was interested in the Turbo Limited. I thought with the 4 cylinder I would need the extra power. Jason explained that the non turbo had 196 horsepower, which is like a typical 6 cylinder. We sat in a Sonota Limited and Jason explained all the features. I told him that I really wanted a silver Sonata Limited and that if one came in before March to please call me. He said that he had one on the lot and that if I was going to test drive one, I should drive the silver one since that is what I was interested in. We took it on the freeway so that I could see how much power it had, we drove by my house so I could show my husband and get his opinion. I told Jason I wanted the car, but didn't want to complete the transaction that day as I had a headache and didn't want to deal with all the numbers. He asked if I wanted to put a deposit down to hold the car and we could complete the transaction the next day. We went back to the dealership and did some of the paper work. Later that evening my headache was gone and I decided I wanted "MY Car" parked in my driveway. I called Jason and asked if we could come back and complete the paperwork if he wasn't busy. I was able to drive my car home that night!!!! I can't handle being pressured and I did not get any of that during my experience. Between Aran and Scott, I had an outstanding experience buying my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited. They really took their time to answer every question I had no matter how many times I asked. I cannot rate my experience a 10 because of several miscommunications, but I can rate my experience with our salesperson - Stan - excellent.
