I filled out the appraisal form on the Checkered Flag website for our trade-in. Within an hour, a lady named Shea called to ask what vehicle we may be interested in. We told her we were interested in t website for our trade-in. Within an hour, a lady named Shea called to ask what vehicle we may be interested in. We told her we were interested in the Jetta S and that we would have to think about it. Well, after a few emails with Shea and a phone call we had an appointment. We showed up at our appointment time of 645pm and Matt and met us at the door. He greeted us and asked Lamont to take care of us. Lamont sat down with us to assess which kind of car we want and need. We settled on the Jetta S and he showed one to us. We were hooked after the test drive. Lamont ran some numbers and we were on our way home for the night. Came back the next night to finalize the paperwork and again, Lamont met us at the door. He had everything ready in his office for us to sign. We signed the paperwork and were on our way in OUR brand new 2012 Jetta. To my surprise, the style of sales is very casual but at the same time efficient and professional. However, in regards to financing, I had a USAA auto loan set up, and was made aware of the option to choose another bank, but was not actually asked whether I wanted to choose USAA or BB&T. I was automatically given papers for BB&T to sign. I did go with it, however. I did appreciate the service of delivering the new car to my house, which saved a lot of hassle. I also thought the car overview was very useful as it familiarized me with the general usage of the car. I would have liked more variety of the car model I was looking for in regards to color, but I am satisfied all the same. More

My husband and I have bought numerous cars over the years and have never felt more satsified, not only with the quality of the car but with the level of service. The length of time to finish the financial paperwork that day would have taken hours due to all the sales and they were honest and told us that instead of making us sit around the showroom all day, we really appreciated that!
