Sales department, excellent! Service at BMW Checkered Flag, excellent! Service department at Checkered Flag Hyundai, not so good so far. Dont get me wrong, the buying experience was once again excellen Flag, excellent! Service department at Checkered Flag Hyundai, not so good so far. Dont get me wrong, the buying experience was once again excellent with the Hyundai Accent I just purchased. But... I had recently decided to get rid of my BMW and buy a temp. Accent because I am transfering overseas and have been used to being spoiled by the service department at the BMW dealership for the last five years through two different BMW's. Now that I am driving a Hyundai (temporarily until I get back to the states) and am having issues with my other 2012 Hyundai Elantra I bought from Checkered Flag Hyundai a couple months ago, I see what its like to be in an "average" car again with an "average" car company and I don't like it. I am bringing im my brand new Elantra again on the 16th of May for an issue again and will see. If you took the BMW service department people and trained the Hyundai service dept. I think it would go a long way. But I am not ignorant, you get what you pay for. More

My salesperson was THE BOMB! Our main vehicle broke beyond repair, upon finding the dealership on the internet we called and arranged for transport.
