My husband and I came to Checkered Flag VA Beach after an awful experience with another local VW dealership. We were so glad that we chose this location to purchase our 2011 VW Routan. We were greated by a very nice, un-pushy, sales guy named Argo. He let us take the van on an extra long test drive to make sure we were both comfortable with all the features and answered all our questions. They only had one used van left on the lot but it had all the features we were looking for with an amazing warranty and low mileage. Overall we were there for about 3.5 hours and during this time everyone we came in contact with (Randy-financing) and especially Argo, were very helpful. The detailers had left for the night so we set up a time to bring the car back for a complete detail (although it was really clean to begin with). Argo even helped me figure out how to set up my blue tooth. Overall we had a great experience at Checkered Flag VW and would recommend anyone in the market for a good deal on a VW and pleasant people to work with, go check them out. Make sure you ask for Argo, he will take care of you! We LOVE our new VW Routan minivan and feel like we aren't even driving a minivan. Don't believe me, go test drive one or yourself. :) More
