Everyone I spoke to from the sales manager, to the lending manager, and even the general manager who put in his two cents about the car were wonderful. Our experience with Checkered Flag was a good one overall, but we were a bit disheartened for a few situations. First, we had requested a few color options, and were given only 1. We understood that our particular vehicle was one that was in high demand, however, we were told a color was ordered for us and when we contacted to find out the length of time to receive another option we never received an email in return. We felt pressured into the one particular color that was not a first choice option. Second, we had to return to sign additional paperwork that was not taken care of when we originally met with the financial manager. We did really enjoy Matt and Jim and would highly recommend them again...we would just however ask that you work on those 2 issues for future customers. More
